I just got a call and it was a song playing and it hung up what the hell is that?

I get the same message as Joe Miller but I get it from different numbers as well as this one.  How do we block this company/political group?

I got a Libertarian rant from Lancaster, California.  It filled my voice mail with a lot of "What Ifs" such as "what if the government took over this blah blah"  Extremely anti-government and disturbing.  Kind of scary that people are so hostile.
