Yea i use their number to vent i curse at them, tell them i slauter cows while eating beef jerky. and i get them so mad it is absolutely funny. it is always a different number though it is totally a scam

I started getting these calls last friday and when I asked them about the account information they gave me an account number from a prepaid card that I had opened in November 2010 and stated that I took the loan out in March 2010, how could that be i asked him and he said i owed them 300 at first then it went to 545 and today it is 5000...I know this is a scam and they keep harassing me...so what I have decided to do is call them as many times as they call me, the next thing im gonna do is call my phone company and change my number this is just ridiculous all I do is laugh at them, but it's getting annoying...ask them to send a bill they give you some excuse about not having paperwork signed for the loan so they can't...I have never taken a payday loan...EVER!!!!

I received this call yesterday and when he started I told him that my husband was an attorney and my father was a cop and that he had best not call back, he said yes ma'am I understand.  ha ha

Claiming I owe $300, they know my ssn, told me a bank account # that doesnt exist-said i will lose my job-couldnt understand much more, very poor english

I just got a message from this number where an Indian guy clained to be Officer Danny and claimed that I have a pending court case and that my Attorney and I need to contact him immediately. Yeah right, officer danny... indian guy that is reading a script... someone needs to put an end to this.

661-270-6724 called my office and home. I sat on eternal hold while I waited for Mr. Marsh. No one spoke English and I dint owe anyone! They stated they were from Anderson law. I'm glad found this post too!

Caller, Man, with heavy accent called stating he is doing an investigation for a claim he received against my social security number.  It would be in my best interest to return his call with my attorney present.  The rest of this threats I could hardly understand.  Everyday this week he has called me only he has changed his name and used a different telephone number.  States I am going to jail, he is going to notify my employer and I will be arrested and handcuffed at my place of employment if I do not send him money to settle my account.  Unbelievable.  He will not tell me who I owe, the name of the company that claims I did not pay.Which we both know I do not owe anyone.  I even had a friend of mine on the phone today with a law background and he didn't back down from her.  He continued to threaten even her.  WOW!!

They got me too. Since I also use payday loans I really thought I had missed payments to one. At first I gave them $60.00 and then when I tried to give them a call back to pay the balance  had actually gotten a real attorney from the real Anderson Law Firm who told me I was scammed.
BEWARE!!!

These a***oles called me today. Had my SSN and banking info.  I immediately changed my bank password and called my bank.  After I told them I was a detective, and they picked the wrong person to call with, he got a little upset and told me the sheriff would be at my home and employer within 3 days.... oooh, I'm scared. LOL What a joke.

Step 2. Contact Equifax, Experian and Trans Union and request a fraud alert be put on your credit file.

I am glad to see all of these postings.  I have the same issue!  I have also used payday loans in the past and have tried to be upstanding and pay them off.  I have had to close my bank account twice because other unauthorized charges kept withdrawing from my account.  

I did some internet research and found out that these calls are considered harassing and that most of the times Payday loan companies are not even licensed in the state, which makes them illegal!

If you confirmed they have your bank account number the first thing I'd do is run to your bank and get those changed pronto.

keeps calling me on different phone numbers saying i owe him money says hes from a lawyers office this same guy with heavy accent has called me for the last month its disturbing they have your checking account number don't know what he thinks hes doing even reported to the police not much they can do just said it is scams

I just rec a phone call regarding the same thing. They have all of my bank account information and claiming that I borrowed $350.00 loan. I do use pay day loans quite often but every one of them I have paid off or have been making payments. What scares me is they have all of my bank account information and I wonder where they got this information from. I asked for the website address that I applied for the loan on and they can't give me any information. Everyone I speak to has a heavy accent and I can't understand what they are saying. I am glad I am reading these post and know that I am not the only one.

I have been called multiple times by this number.  Indian sounding individuals saying they are Anderson Law Firm representing Cash Advance.  They say I have a lawsuit filed against me for money I didn't even borrow. Watch out for them.

I get this indian guy. Called me stateing that I m under criminal investigation when I asked for what he couldn t tell me so he called backed after I hung up and told me don t be hanging up on him lls lol lmao lmmfao rotfl all of the above so I told him he can kiss my a** and when he learn how to speak clear english and have all his lies together then I ll doutfully listen uggghhhhhh just terrible I don t even know where this came from

Received the first one of these call about three weeks the indian(asian) guy told me I was in violation of federal bank law, bank fraud and money laundering. I'm an excop so I told him he was full of s**t, so he started yelling at me and told me do not talk unless I tell you to. now I don't mind telling you this really pissed me off, by the time I was done he called me an MF and hung up. called my office eight time yesterday. what a bunch of dicks.
