Yes same thing happen to me today.A month ago I was struggli financially so i apply for online loans and every loan that i apply for denied my application due to that my employment was temporarily.  But today i got a phone call from a lady name katherine straight an her partner name norman saying i took out a loan and never payed them back.  I explain to the guy and lady that i apply for the loan but never followed through.  But still they said i applied for it and they are a criminal place and were gonna arrest me tomorrow and put me in jail for 90days till proven innoccent.  I told them i never got there money and it was never deposited into my account i even have my bank statements they told me that my bank statements do not matter and that i could be fined up to 8000.00 dollars.  What is wrong with this

I've recieved several calls claiming I owe 350. the first time and today another call saying I owe 500. It sounds like a Muslim guy claiming the local sheriffs office will be at my door to arrest me tomorrow if I don't pay now. I've never in my life had a loan so I know its a scam and Americans know this isn't how an unpaid bill is handled. I traced the number to New York 607-595-2018.

Same thing happened to me! Got a call from a 661-378-9029 from some Indian guy claiming i was being sued for not paying a payday loan was about to be arrested. I have never received a loan, although I did apply in the past. Either these guys hacked into a payday loan website, or bough people's private info from Payday loan applications. I can't believe this crap is happenning!! I am being harassed, as well as my fiance, who I put on the application as a reference and they are claiming they will arrest him because he is a guarantee on the loan. Giver me a break. Such BS!!!

I recieved a call fron Instant  cash usa telling my loan was delinquient. Her name was Marie and she said i had applied for a loan for 200.00. and now I owed them 350.00 because i had not made a payment. I did not take out this loan, but I checked my bank records and 200.00 had been deposited to my account. i had not recieved any info on this loan . when Marie called she said she would e-mail me about this. I could not find the e-mail in my  regular . address. I looked in my spam folder and found  the email. I called her at 1-888-255-1110. I tried to explain about not apply for this loan and that her e-mail went into spam, she started yelling at me over the phone and threating  everything. She would not give me a physical address, so I could request a copy of the contract. I can not find a mailing address for them. I explained that I would not apply for this loan because i am in bankrupcy now.

I too received that same call and the guy who name was Jason had all my info and contact information it is quite scary considering I applied for a loan 5 years ago. I'm glad to know that there are other people out there that are dealing with the same issue now I feel much better.

so i call a lawyer about this he laugh and said my name do not show up on a court case and if spme one come to my house they not allow to do so what ever so from looking at every one in here am not alone n make it so bad i did some loans but i could not get the money or none was to my bank so i was like suck my nuts n put this on paper u may got my info u can suck my balls with that

wtf same thing happen to me today 06/25/2010 some number call a guy said am being sue i was like o really ok whi sueing me he said payday loan i was how can u sue if your people never gave me any money. he was like they did and tueday that coming up they r going to come out with the cops i was like how you gone take me to court am not getting in the car with no one to no court and i did not get anything in the mail he was like they send it by email i was wtf hahahaha since when the court house do email. they said i own them 8.000 i was like i aint paying u jack so you can suck a nut and then they said see u in court.. so the next ten mins or so i call back i told them who i was n i was like who sueing me he was like payday instance cash or something i was like ok he said do u have a lawyer i said no he was like get one. i was like o really u get one for me i was like get at me when i get my paper in my mail box then i was matter of fcat who is the people who sueing me he said they dont wanna give out info see you in court i was like u can be there ill be home waiting on my court notice then he hang up

mike anderson called me today leave a very rude message so i called him back he then began to say i took out a payday loan and never paid it back I have never had a payday loan he knew the lst 4 of my ssn and he know what bank i have my account at this is scary I will be closing down that account and will be putting a block on my ssn i called this # 22 times and they were so rude and fake if they are a law firm they would answer the phone like one not just saying how may i help u i am not getting any info when i trace the # at all will be fillign a claim with the better business bureau. don't fall for it it is a scam

I got a call from this same number below today on June 7th at my place of employment. The gentleman who contacted me was named Nick. He too told me that there were 3 charges that were brought against me for a loan which I had no clue about and tried to read me a affadavit over the phone. I told him I would have to call him back during my lunch hour and he then told me to make sure I did as if I did not that the cops would show up at my home or place of business to arrest me. I then started to research this company where the call originated from, and the phone number on a google search. That is when I found the article from the person below. I believe this is a scam and have reported it to the Better Business Bureau where I live. People, please be ware of this scam. This company is just trying to get money out of you that is yours. They are fradulant and I will not be talking to them anymore.

I recieved a call from 818-483-0162 from some name Sanjohn saying that had 3 charges brought up againest me for a loan I did with a few months ago and I had to pay $8000 and to have my lawyer call or pay the money cause I will be going to jail and that they will be calling my job to let my boss no I'm a crook and the sheriff will be coming their to pick me up. I was so nervous j went to my boss told him he had me call the people I did get the loan back they did verify I paid in full and that iam in good standers  and that those people are scammers and to be careful cause I wasn't the 1st 2nd or 3rd person to call and report this. I also called my bank and they never recieved any funds from Instantcash USA, so my boss called the number back and pretended to be my lawyer same guy told him he don't have s**t to do with and to mind his business and to have me call them to handle this matter or their will be consquences. So I called back and asked why they didn't want to speak with my lawyer he said your stupid and just pay the damn fees I told him I was going to report him to the better business bureau he started talking some crazy language to me then told me Ian going to he'll and tfat sheriff will be their to lock me and my family up and hung up. I'm still getting a calls but before I speak I say better business bureau they call me b***h and hang up.... But it good to know I'm not the only one got problems with these people.

I got a call on 5/31/10 form them say I was going to go to jail he knew all my personal information even my SS number scared the s**t out of me!!!!  They said the where from California. I just want to say thank you to this site It calmed me down!

OMG! Last week, I received a call from a #818-483-0150, I ignored the call cause i didnt recognize the #. I then received a Txt Message from my sister in law saying that some guy called and said that if i didnt pay my loan back in the next 3 days, they were sending an investigator out to their house and then to mine and take us both to jail. I had applied for a loan online earlier in the year, but was denied and i used her as a reference. I listened to the voice mail that this indian guy claiming to be John Smith Left me a message, couldn't understand what he was saying. In the voice mail said that he needed my lawyers information, and then continued to say that if i did not have a lawyer good luck. The next day i received the call from that same #, so I answered it. Right off the bat I heard an Echo like i was being recorded, I answered it hello, but didn't hear anything from anyone on the other side. After a minute or so of yelling HELLO, an indian guy Continued to tell me what his name was and said he was from a law firm. I could not hear him cause i was outside and it was windy. I asked him to hold on a minute until i got somewhere with no wind, He continued to run his mouth, So I told him To shut the hell up for two minutes, He told me to shut up and that i have 3 criminal charges against me for an unpaid loan from online (that i never took out) and said that if i did not pay 989.57 and fax all my information to California that evening that the next day @ 2 in the afternoon, they would be sending an investigator out to my house to give me a supeona to court, and if I lost my case and he informed me that i would, I would have to pay $8000 to pay for my lawyer. I asked him to transfer me to someone that spoke english cause i could not understand him and i was frustrated. He transferred me to a shawn, he continued to tell me the same thing that the previous man told me, only the amount was different it was $15000 now that i would have to pay, and that i would lose my case and go to prison for 3-5 years. I said how do you expect me to come up with this money, i said should i pull it out of my a$$ and he said I dont give a Sh*% how you do it, beg, steal or borrow I DONT CARE and called me an idiot.they also claimed that this company had sent me 16 emails, i told him i look at my emails everyday and i had not received one from this company, he said i was wrong and they have proof. I said well what company is pressing charges on me, and he said i cannot give you that information because the company does not want to deal with you, they are taking you to prison and you will not have any freedom. These guys are rediculous! I have been literally sick the past 3 days thinking about this and what the hell is going on. Im glad im not the only one, these people are horrible and are going to ruin someones life.

These people are all over the place.  Same thing here an officer jogn matthews from BCI called me. Same story, bad accent, stupid threats. I was told by homeland security thast our infromation has been stolen and these guys use technoology to mask phone numbers, they are probably calling from somewhere in India.  Keep posting the numbers, here are two more 708-401-0353 and 646-972-1143. Once thery have your info they keep calling form different numbers using different names.  Good luck everyone hopefully they will get pyut out of business soon.

Just got the call from Catherine George too...I called back and she read me off a list of charges against me.  She told me that instead of trying to collect my payday loan, the company decided to just file charges and sue me.  When I started asking questions, she got nervous and put me on with someone else.  He then told me the charges again and told me to contact a lawyer and have them call him and hung up.  I tried to tell him that i never agreed to any loan, just applied for it and he told me that i don't have to agree to anything. The application is the agreement.  I quickly called my bank and they have no record of any transaction either.  I figured it's the same person cause the Catherine George that called me "wished me good luck as things unfolded on me" O and the supervisor wouldn't give me the company name or any other info and hung up on me twice!

got a call today from a lady named Catherine Orchard(spoke awful broken English) who said I was being sued for WHAT, I have no idea.  Said the same things above about needing a Lawyer and I would have to go to court.I called the number back that was listed and the man answered said it was a law firm but would not give me the name of the company.  He spoke very broken english too.  This is fraud!  The people have some how got our information and are trying to get money from us.  Do not believe them and do not give any info.  I was able to get them off the phone by telling them I had reported the call to the police.  So, we will see if that will keep them from calling me.

Told me that I was being sued by a payday loan company and the case was going to be tomorrow.  And I would probably be on probation.  He said his name was Alex and he was working for a legal firm and I better get a lawyer soon.  He also said that the Payday loan people had been trying to e-mail which wasn't true.  They never told me the payday loan company's name.

i had a call from an Alex Davenport asking that i must pay a balance or the'll subpoena me tomorrow in order to sue me for the outstanding balance. they wouldn't give me a name as to what loan company or anything. He left me a voicemail stating that good luck to my future if i dont settle this right now. They also stated that they have left me alot of emails regarding this acct since they weren't allowed to contact me. I have no such emails.

I'm glad it isn't just me...i've been going over my bank statements to make sure i never received any payment from any company.  I'm actually having a friend, who is a lawyer, call the number tomorrow to make sure.  I'll post after.

I just got two calls telling me to phone them back and they threatened me.  I called them back after reading all these comments.  The guy asked me for my attorney's name, I told him that I knew they were illegitmate company and that I saw they had been written up online.

He said "Oh my GOD, Oh my God" and then he told me that he would see me in court.

these people called my work, threatened to sue me and my parents over a payday loan I never got.  they claim they are sending a supoena tomorrow and will have to show up for court in California next week.  can barely understand the guy.  thought something wasn't right when he answered the phone with just "hello".  never known any business to allow staff to answer the phones without identifyng who they are.

some guys called me and told me that I was being sued about a payday loan and that I would have to go to california to go to court true enough I applied for a loan but i didnt recieve anything he had all of my information and never gave me a name when i called back he read me all the charges against me and told me good luck in court and hung up on me. I have been receiving messages from this number but never paid it any attention because I could barely understand the Indian accent of the man who kept leaving messages about needing to get the number of my lawyer. Anyway, today about 4:30pm this Indian man called me and then placed another man named "Jason" on the phone who told me that I had applied for a payday loan which I knew I had never recieved, and that I was being sued, he read me the charges and said that they would be coming to my house with the police on Monday morning or to my job to take me to California to stand before a judge. Stated that I could settle it or be prepared to spend the next 6 months or so in jail. Needless to say I almost had a heart attack since I already have high blood pressure. I told him I wasn't going anywhere with him and he said good luck dbecause dark days are going to come and that I had seen the last of good days. These guys are sick!!!I think these guys are computer geeks and know how to get your info. the fact of the matter is I did apply for a payday loan and got it but not with them and they somehow link into the site and get all of your info. They have my SS#, my address, employer, monthly paychecks,references,etc.  Please be very careful in the future about how you send personal info. I told the Atlanta police about and they knew right away that it was probably a scam. Shoppers beware!

This idiot called me saying I owed money from a loan I took out 20 years......Im 25......LOL So he said if I didnt pay up I will have to go to court and be arrested by the sheriffs dept.....I'm a Deputy......  So I told him I knew he was a scam and and that I had googled his number and he called me a stupid American .......So I decided to to say a Lil something of my own and geez this Asian dude got MAD He started cussing me out and I listened for about a minute and asked if he was done....he cont'd....So finally he gave up and said they are scammers and just because they didn't get through me he'll get the next caller and according to him they bring in thousands a day with these "scare tactics."  I don't doubt that but these guys are truly idiots and a bunch of scammers. I just got a call from a Michael George at 714-006-6000 . He stated that I had received a pay day loan and didn't pay the money back. He asked me for my attorney's information. I was so shocked and annoyed that I got into a heated agruement with the man stating that I never got this money. I did apply for a loan but never got this money.  He then pretended to be shocked that I knew nothing about this matter and was never briefed about it. In a heavy Indian accent, he read me a list of three charges against and told me that I needed to me in court in CA on March 1st.  I asked him the name of his company and he told a law firm working for instantcash.com.  I told him that I never received the $300 that they were sueing me for.  As I continued to ask him questions and stated that this must be a scam, he hung up on me.  This is not right! He had my ss# and all of my contact info including my family's # which he called earlier today.  Beware!! I'm calling the police immediately.

He said that i owed money 8,000 to resolve it and drop court costs i can pay 1,291,00 he then put me on hold and a women name kierra aniston got on the line who was a debt collector for instant cash i told her i never took out a loan she said i did and if i dont pay it  by feb 24th by the next day i was going to be arrested. She said we are going to make an example of u whatever the heck that means. I told her i have to call my bank to see if i recieved any funds from that she said if u call anybody including your bank we will forfeit the offer of 1,291 and have the pay the 8,000 I told her im calling the police and have your phone number traced they hung up. When i called that number 408 688-0448 it was diconnected. go figure. Now back in december i did apply for some loans online and got denied from all of them i also went on this one site where u apply for a few different sites at one time i put all my info s.s address ect. The site i was on mustve been unsecured. never apply for a loan on a unsecured sit the little gold lock should be on the bottom right hand corner. The ? is are we really safe with that too. The next step these hackers are going to figure out around that. soo even going online to buy things like wallmart amazon ect wont be safe.

I got a call yesterday from a man name Michael Anderson stating that I was being sued for not paying back a loan, and that they were pressing charges because I took their money and had no intention on paying it back. He had me really upset and when I started asking a lot of questions he hung up on me. I went up to the bank that they were stating that the money was funded to and got bank statements no funds were ever put into my account. I did try for some loans in 2009 but were never approved for any of them. The man barely spoke English it was so hard to understand him. They called me from a 714-006-6000 number and when I trried to call the number back I couldn't. He left a 760-495-4466 number for me to call back. People please cautious of these companies. The threats at first had me scared but after sitting and thinking about and researching on the internet I realized this was not true.
