Unfortunately there's just scammers who can't stand the whistle blowing..  But when you stamp your forehead with that flashing neon red sign that just screams shill for the whole world to see then expect to get called on it!

You should get into a new line of work, selling earplugs so we don't have to listen to the screams of shills.

This is just a variation of the fax toner scam. Anyone who phones your office, is not who you do business with, & asks anything, about any piece of equipment, is scamming. Remember: Anyone who posts a positive comment about a business, product, or service on 800 notes - that is out of context with the rest of the posts - is a shill/fake/planted post. Every time.

Sorry but you can not apply your shill talk here. Since you can not keep up with the standards of fooling people maybe it time for you to give it up. No one is not going for the scam so the target is not achieved.

Funny how you just HAPPENED to find this thread.  Instead of playing Post Office, play Spin the Bottle.  It is an honest game.

Speaking of professional - your grammar certainly is NOT.

To whom this may concern, unfortunately theres   employees who cant keep up with company standards and fortunately and we have to let them go. Maybe getting off the internet rather than bashing the company and its reputation cause you cant apply yourself in a proffesional manner.

I once worked for this company...It's all a scam! First they interview you as a office assistant, then put you in a room of people that are telemarketing. (SCAMMING PEOPLE) They have one person call acting to be a representative to get your model # ( Lying any way they can to make you believe they are affiliated with your postage meter). Then they have a sales person call a few weeks later acting as your supplier. Giving you your status on un ordered supplies, and when they should arrive, and offering you gift cards so they seem legit. How they get away with it: most companies have a mail room that is not directly in contact with accounting. So they can mail supplies and have companies pay for it.

KEEP IN MIND- YOUR POSTAGE METER COMPANIES ALREADY KNOW YOUR MODEL #, THERE IS NO GLITCH IN THEIR SYSTEM. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU RECEIVE  THESE CALLS. IF IT'S NOT YOUR REPRESENTATIVE THAT YOU SIGNED AN AGREEMENT WITH THEN TELL THEM YOUR NOT INTERESTED! I QUIT AFTER 2 WEEKS BECAUSE I'M AN HONEST PERSON!

I got a call from them a few weeks ago asking how our new Neopost meter was working, which my company did get a few months ago. They said they will send some coupons out for when we place our first supply order. Asked them if it was good for the usual place that we order from, and said no problem. Needless to say, I never got the coupons. Another call came thru about a week ago saying that we needed a new ink carrtridge, and with how much we use the machine we will be put on an automatic order for every 5 to 6 months. We usually use 1 cargridge a year Luckly I only gave the model number out with no address.Another person just called back today to verify our ship to address She only got to the street address,, and when I aked if this will be shpping from our local distributer, she said no, and cancelled the order. Just keeping my fingers crossed that an order doesn't come.

I had a similar experience with this company.  They called shortly after I started work at my company, saying they had our postage supplies ready to ship and just wanted to confirm our address.  Being new, I assumed they were legitimate since they made it sound like we had a standing order with them. By the time the invoice came up for payment in our system (INSANE prices, by the way), I had figured out that they were not someone we had ever dealt with in the past.  I googled their phone number and found this website - so glad I did!  I called them earlier today and let them know I had received supplies I hadn't ordered.  I was transferred to another person who informed me that it was noted in their file that they had called twice (once to confirm the order, again to confirm the shipping).  I said it did not matter what was in the file - no one at our company ordered the supplies and we would not be paying.  She offered to accept a return if we paid for shipping, but I told her since they misrepresented themselves, I would not be paying for return shipping.  She finally agreed to have UPS come to pick up the pack at no cost to us.  I plan to report this to anyone who will listen.

I had the exact same thing happen to me. Got called last Friday by a very nice-sounding lady from USPM asking how my meter was doing. She said that she was going to send me some coupons for toner, labels, etc. At the time, I didn't think anything of it and confirmed my meter model number with her. This past Monday, I got another call from the same lady, who let me know that there was a shipping delay - gave me a confirmation number. By this point, I was pretty sure something was up. I Googled the company name and, lo and behold, found out I just got scammed. USPM has tried calling several times since then, but I never answer when I see their name come up on my caller ID - plus they haven't left any voicemails. Hopefully, they'll get the hint and stop calling. I REALLY hope I don't get any unnecessary supplies or get charged for anything.

Had a female call our office regarding supplies and our meter # which was incorrect.  Thought it was odd, but wasn't positive.  Told them it was ok to send the ink cartride since we needed one.  Well, when the package arrived and I saw the "packing list" I knew for sure it wasn't the co. we deal with.  I called the number and left message, didn't receive a call so I called them again.  I spoke with 'Tatiana" and she told me the price of the cartridge was $299. I said REALLY!  I informed her I would be returning the cartridge and she said she would fax me their street address.  Waiting to c if I get that address.  I read some of the other messages and saw an address and a phone number.

A confirmatin number doesn't mean s**t or acceptance of anything.  That's like the scammers who call on the phone and say "you have been offically notified'   Don't mean a Thang!

These guys tried to scam our company as well.  Our receptionist was on the ball and knew something wasnt right when the package came in to begin with so she sent it right back.  When they called to confirm we received our supplies, she informed them that yes we received the package and we sent it right back because we didn't order it.  They still had the audacity to send a statement and put her name on it after she told them it had been returned.  These people need to be out of business and sitting in a prison cell.

Received a call from US Postage Meter Center asking how our Pitney Bowes meter was doing.  I knew it was fake from the very beginning since we use Neopost equipment.  I let them do their sales gimmick and finally at the end busted them.  They hung up on me.  I wrote down their number and called them back.  I told them to remove our name from their lists and if they tried to contact us again it would considered harrasment and I would contact the authorities.

Oh, and they always use a PO Box. Their real address is 28231 Avenue Crocker Unit 120, Valencia California 91355. The real owners of the company are Harry Dougherty and Daniel Lynch and their main phone number is (661) 257-0384. Also, you should know that if someone sends you a billing statement via US MAIL for something you did not order by mail it is punishable by a $10,000 fine for EACH INCIDENT and or 1 year in jail.....

This company is a scam! They call you SUGGESTING and IMPLYING you have an outstanding order. Then they bill you over 100x the cost elsewhere. Your first invoice is usually around $300 for about $25 worth of supplies. IF YOU PAY THE FIRST TIME they call you again in 3 months, say you are on an 'automatic shipment' and send you more supplies along with a $500-$600 invoice and bribe you into keeping them by offering you a $25 gift card to Walmart or Best Buy. The third shipment is around $1000 but if your lucky they will up the gift card to about $100 and then your screwed. There is always someone in YOUR company who will keep buying their supplies at their outrageous prices JUST TO GET THE GIFT CARDS! If your a really good customer they give you cash! Why are they still in business you ask? They keep changing their name. Central Mail and Supply and Postage Meter Distribution Center, are amongst a few. Don't bother reporting them to the BBB, if you want to get this company shut down contact the ATTORNEY GENERAL IN CALIFORNIA. It's easy, you can even do it on line! Good luck!

The same "tried to send you a Wal-Mart gift card" just happened to me as well. Then she said "Your supplies will be there mid-September". I said "We do not need anything" and in the middle of my sentence she hung up. I called the number back and told the woman who answered (just by saying "distribution") that I was just hung up on and do not need or want anything from their company. She just said "I'll let them know".

FYI if anyopne sends you merchandise that you did not order, you can keep it for free. Just send them a certified letter stating that you did not order it and they have 30 days to pick it up, otherwise you are keeping it.

I just got a call from Cynthia asking if I was out last week because she sent me a Walmart gift card that came back because I wasn't available to sign for it.  We've been burnt by this place before when I first took over the mail machine because we lost our receptionist and I didn't know the procedure for supplies.  She called and said their records showed we hadn't ordered for a while and asked what supplies we need.  I ordered envelope sealing fluid and we got a billed for $279 for 4 bottles.  This time she wanted to send out ink cartridges.  When I asked her to verify the contract number, she give me bits and pieces of phone numbers. I told her don't send anything.
