I got called from this number indicated that some sort of law suit from this indian person, this is a scam and I yelled at them to never call me back

They also call from 1234567890 LOL.  I found confusing them is fun!  I ask who they are, or reverse it and ask for Joe smith, and say that I called them. They dont know what to do. Answering Pizza Hut is this order of pick up or delivery is fun.  I have tried the dont call back, dog whistle for the Itouch, yelling, reading a script.

Know that they cant hang up, do not verify ANY information with them, including your name.  They make vulgar comments, threats of arrest, in my case rape and injury, Fines....it is a Scam and it is on the FBI cyber crimes unit website.

just called me lol told them give me a case number and a firm name lol hung up on me will not pick up the phone....i have life lock ahahhahhahaa...i knew it was a joke when they said  i would be dragged away

wow this just happened to me, they said that they will come to my work and arrest me LOL That can not happen

I have received several calls from this number telling me that I am in a lawsuit.  When I rudely informed him that I am not in any lawsuits and to quit calling me.  He yells 'who told you that, who told you that'   Amazingly his name was "Frank Stanley"  but sounded like he was from India. Yeah right

Indian accent. Payday loan scam. Usual bogus threats. Also calls from (209) 498=0913 and (661) 240-9237 amongs hundreds of other disposable #'s.

i recived the call from the name justin he was the assistance of frankstanley i paid 150.00 now i want my money back is thr nyway lateron by watching ths i came to knw its a scam ..

I received a call from this number about a pay day loan...speed cash..indian accent guy by the name of Jeremy Hall..he could not provide details as to when the loan was taken out or for how much...threatened to have me arrest and contact ,my place of employment...etc

Man with accent called threatening me with lawsuit and arrest, as well as, contacting my employer.  Man with indian accent would not provide any information to me or my lawyer.  He was very rude and hung up on me.  Researched and could not find any company by the name of Legal Associates of California.  Also, gave me different information than he gave my lawyer.

I just received a call from this number. I let it go to voicemail. When I checked the message, it was a man with an accent saying he needs me or my attorny to return his call "now." He said it was time sensitive and I should not disregard the message. I called the number back, blocking my number and after several rings, an answering service came on saying, "the person you are trying to reach is not available." How can I get these calls to stop?

I did call the police once on people like this and the cop called them back and told them the same thing you did and that was not to call back.  I get the same calls on my cell phone and I have call blocker extreme and block them with a high pitch pretender that answer's the phone.  The problem is that when you apply for credit or payday loans on the internet that is how they are getting these numbers.  They are purchasing the phone numbers from companies that sell phone lines and they are not even in our country when making these calls.

called them back and told them to give me a case nuimber to where they took it to court, the man with an accent could not give me any case number, he kept on insisting that there will be police officers to pick me up , and i said OK , he hung up the phone

They called me too and asked if I had a lawyer. But luckily, that was after I had already looked the number up on here. I told them never to call my phone again. The humorous part is, if they really wanted to sound legit, they shouldn't say that they "got" your number. Because most of us have cell phones which are very difficult to just "get" your number. What I am wondering is, should I call the police on these people?

This person keeps calling and threatning my safety that he will press charges and have me arrested.,  I work as a professional in the medical field and they are even calling my work with the same info,  They managed to get 450.00 out of me before I found out this was fraud, is there any way to get the money back or press charges on them

I have been recieving calls from this number and yes they have an indian accent and they have my home address and work address etc. They say they are going to send officers to my job and home and they have my bank account info. This particular acct has no activity. I also told them to do what they have to do. I have never applied for a pay day loan so I am so creeped out about this.

I am a lawyer.  Someone from this number called and threatened to have a client arrested for non-payment of a bill.

Indian accent, threatens to send officers to your job, etc etc.

Call him "Apu" -- he doesn't like it.

Also calls from many other numbers, including 209 498-0913 and 661 240-9337.
