I have given this organization some money, after reading in a reputable, peer-reviewed journal, that the United States government was interested in fostering individuals who are starting or wanting to start legitimate businesses, and they mentioned E-Mentoring,Inc. specifically by name. The company was not proved as being successful, because the percentage of people who were subsequently succeeding in business, who had solicited assistance from this company was too low. However, the United States government had at least attempted to recognize this particular company, and companies like it, as having some potential, and had stated that they wished for people to at least try to take them, and possibly one or two other companies like it, seriously. This is the kind of business that works well at times when there is, "confidence in the public sector"; which means the state, local or federal government. I didn't find that everyone there was a scam artist, or that they were all unaware of, at least the potential for this company to provide some guidance to people who are starting out in business.
     The biggest thing I would say is, don't give them a lot of money. I say this for several reasons. The first is that you won't get that money back. The second is that there is no guarantee that they will even write the grants, or that they  will solicit a financial response from anyone. So that, in the nervous condition that so many of them seem to be in, you don't know if they will even write a profile, or send the grant requests to anyone. My first financial adviser didn't want to work, and even insulted me over the telephone. They have a problem, in that; if they don't want people to think they are a scam, they need to take steps to legitimize their company procedure, and document success stories more thoroughly. If you have no record of what you were doing right, what worked, and what didn't; then the only thing I can remember is that first adviser, who was always out of the office(thank god), and how I yelled and screamed until they gave me a different ad- visor,or that so many(but not all) of them think it IS a scam, because they get to be rude to you, and then say they are busy, and hang-up. But the third reason is, they'll take the smaller amount of money, so why, , and don't offer to give them more. Also, I think they have a different phone number that is no longer working.

These are all companies that both conduct scams, and advertize their employment to the citizens of the SCV. Almost all of them live in another city and travel her to taint our community with their filth!

This company takes minimum of $600.00 up to 10's of thousands from elderly people nationwide, majority 80 years old and older, as a "Investment" and promises that they will find them Grants, Financial assistance and other such $ that is nonexistent.(Many times they simply search Google and print coupons to places near them and mail it off as a "COMPLETION") With less than a 1% success rate and an average of $50 to $100k of income per MONTH this company is under investigation by the FBI has a F rating with the BBB and has countless watchdog organizations keeping a close eye on them. In addition to their unscrupulous activities, they are posting jobs that claim to be between $10 and $20 dollars per hour and full time, to which is also a lie as they have no intention of paying more than the $10 per hour and only have positions with part time hours. We are running a virtual Mecca of shady, unscrupulous, unethical, cheating, corrupt, crooked, dishonorable, disreputable, overall S****Y companies and allowing Millions of dollars to be taken from our brethren all across these beautiful, but struggling United States every day!

Well I am just one person, but I intend to do all that I can to put an end to this, and right now!

Will you help me? Will you copy and paste this? Will you write your own? Will you write a letter to those in power like I am?

Will you help this solid community of hard working and honest individuals to keep face?

I certainly hope so and especially to those parents out there, as these companies hire those with little or no experience. Would you like to know that your child has gained, in their formidable years, experience that teaches this? What a way to start?

I intend to repost this week after week until these companies are shut down or at minimum relocated outside the SCV. Reply all you want especially those at the companies listed above and good luck tracking that email down to a person!

Bottom line(and I am sorry for the language) but I intend to F*** you and F*** you all HARD and DEEP. When I am done I intent to have all of you publicly shamed via local and hopefully national news, especially the internet( your names will not be protected) so for the sake of your children I hope you close up shop and move on, because I assure you until your name and your companies name is fully known for that which you do to the public, I will not stop!

This is terrible! I received a call from a number similar to the posted number on the website. I spoke with a young woman by the name of Yolanda.  She told me that they were trying to contact me due to possible grants from the government that were available for people like me.  I asked her how did she get my phone number and was given the reply of my number being found in a database. I told her that I believed she was a scam artist and not to call me any more.  She, then, provided me with this website to allay my fears. I am glad that I researched this agency and have your responses. Thank you for helping me not make an expensive and heart-wrenching decision to work with these people.

I had a job interview here and they told me I would have to pay for my own 75$ background check if I got the job. They also did not tell me what I would be doing nor anything about the company. This place is a huge scam.

This is a SCAM! They claim to be from a National Association of Grant Programs that is giving away money from the government - free! They took my Father-in-law for $3,200.00. We can't figure out how they got his credit card number. This is type of activity is disgraceful! How do we get enough people together to file a class action suit against them?

I agree... I use to work for the company and they were very nice and these people sound like x employees that got layed off!!! International business mentors has a great coaching program and its sad that people would bad mouth a company or product that they never tried.  International Business Mentoring is not a scam.

This company is not a scam...they are up front about everything and only try to help people. they never once told me they were google but that they were calling on behalf of the program I ordered, I had been trying to start a home based business for a long time and International Business Mentoring helped me finialy start making money. I had a coached that walked me though everything. Its to bad that you guys had that experiance but if your reading this its best you see for yourself.

What a lot of people do not realize is that they only take on a few clients for the in house coaching and then work in combination with other mentoring programs. I've worked with their new Coach, he took over their in house coaching to help build a better coaching program and I have to say the difference between what I was getting when I first signed up and what I'm receiving now is night and day. Did I think it was a scam? Yes. Do I still think it is a scam? No. They had a few bad eggs employee wise and they were let go. My Coach checks in on me, keeps me up to date, and out of trouble. He has even identified things I was looking at as scams and then was able to walk me through avoiding those issues. I don't care what anyone says, I know that there are plenty of people out there who will take your money and run. This guy took the horrible experience I was having and made it a much better one. I think I'm going to make it.

The company is not a scam. They truly help you with starting your business. I have been with the program for six months and it has changed my life. The coaches are great and they have helped me build a website that brings in money!!! I suggest you find out for yourself because you never know what the person who ordered or started did or did not do. The program works!!!!

Ive worked for that place in the past. It is a huge SCAM! I had to quit working for that business bc anyone that has any morals would take peoples money for that s***. You see all those numbers bc its almost like telemarketing, the sit there and call/ harras people all day! Dont waist your money! Im willing to give out more information about the company, to help bring down the company and others similar to. After all, i was sucked into working there. Its a shame that there are companies out there that take advantage of people that are looking to improve their lives.

I first went to a site that looked incredibly legit.  It said for only a couple dollars they would send you a packet.  I can not believe I fell for this.  I put in my card and then a couple days later-100.00 was charged on it. I called the associated number and they said that in small print it stated it would be 100.00 after 2 days for a training site.  I looked and sure enough in a different area after you give the card- there it is.  Then I looked further and it said that if not cancelled within 30 days another fee would be charged monthly, so I told her right then to not put another charge through on my card.  I was so angry.  Now I get a call from these people 661-295-9420.  They want minimum 5-10,000.00 to train me to possible make money. The people that work for them have no values.

Those are actually separate companies. I worked for 295 9420. Some of those floors i believe have been shut down. There are 3-4 in California and one in Utah.

I feel that it is a scam. The screeners read off by a script, and they're supposed to stick to the script. And so you know...the senior director isn't qualified to set you up with the program. There was a new employee that came in, and just because she did so well with her closed deals...they made her close the deal as a senior director. Nobody is qualified to start you up on your own home based internet business. Recently, a few of the not so noble employees started to use fake names to close a deal. And so you know...when a deal is closed...the screener and the "senior director" both split what you "invested" and it gets added as commission. And if they offer you a scholarship for the program...its not a damn scholarship...they just knock the investment down. and the senior director doesn't follow up with your status in the program. Now as shady as this one company (of two different floors within the Santa Clarita Valley) there are some employees there that don't want to do this job, but as we all know...there aren't many options of jobs there. Some of the people that work there actually care about what they are doing...there just stuck do to hard times in life. So go easy on them when they call...and know that this company inst the company that's charging you the charges on you CC...its the source that you ordered it from. This company is a middle man company. I know of all this because i worked for this company, and decided that couldn't go through with doing what i was doing. If you want to go straight to the source...the owner of the company that buys your name off the programs to get you into the system is Kacie Habib.

Help set up home based web business.  I asked for company name she said to go to www.coachwelcomevideo.com.  It doesn't exist.  BK International answered the phone #.  They help set up web based businesses.

The caller ( Peggy very excited but knew nothing )said they are calling on behalf of Google and that Google wanted a successful training package to showcase. They would prepare me( only the select few who are driven & qualify )to help set up an individual to earn $120K to $150k a year, being I was classified as conservative the investment would only be $5K and I that they will warranty these results provided you put in the time. All they want in return are testimonials from this people. After all this time 1hr I still had know Idea what they offered but the "CLOSER" Mary Butler said I would have a coach at my side 5 to 10 hours / week. I guess not at least to the above reports. If you google map the locale it is the middle of an intersection!!!!

I JUST READ THIS LETTER ON THE INTERNET AND IT IS WHAT HAPPENED TO ME! This co. has called me from many like numbers. I agree with the letter listed below.
THIS LETTER IS THE ONE I AM REFERRING ABOUT:
"t's a total scam.  It's all over the internet.  Originally my wife signed up for "google ad sense".  We were supposed to get a CD with information (never came), then there is a monthly charge.  My wife had second thoughts after she signed up and gave her credit card number so I did google searches and determined it was a scam.  We shut off our credit card before those started because I had read so much about the scam and the fact that people couldn't get the charge to stop by calling the company.  We called the company immediately after she signed up in order to stop the process but of course they never answered.  Then we got calls from 661.295.9420.  It's such a scam, that none of the callers even gave the same name of the program.  One said, "calling from Google," and the other said, "calling from google profit".  None of these matched the original name of the program and none of this is associated with Google to begin with."  BETTY WHITT
