Called my cell number asking for my sister, claimed it was a personal business matter and wouldn't give me any additional information. According to the woman who called, they apparently attempted calling my grandmother as well and asked for my sister's phone number.

Called my place of employment.  Very rude and threatening. Knew a lot of info about me and the names of people I work with. Caller's name 'Padro'.

This phone number called my MOTHER in law,   told her that she was an old friend of "ours"  talked about the kids and they were so small last time she saw them,  and that my son by name was such a cute little guy.   Asking about my husband,  if he is out of the army yet?   How are we all doing,  Talked about one of the other children out of 6 spoke of 2.       She was a friend from California,  and has been trying to find us and get back in touch with us,  Really missed us.  "how are we doing"  and just offered ALL KIND of information.     Ended up my mother in law,  falling for it gave our cell phone numbers AND house phone number to this person.    

I am not saying I don't owe money,   I have already filed the paper work because of our situation,  and financial hardship.   THis was a bit above beyond and believe illegal to do...

Then she called me and started with the threats...  when I said by all means threaten all you like,   she said but ma'am they aren't threats.  These are promisses...  I said that other collection agencies before you,  have followed threw and attached my wages,   and our income tax..  so by all means there isn't anything else you can do,

They called our house this morning asking for Peter Faulker, no one here by that name and we have had our phone number for over 5 years.  It was  collection agency per the gentlemen on the phone.

Called for an employee and was very aggressive.  Said he was calling from ACT (the displayed number was 661-395-5985) and gave a number of 661-328-6536.  Research shows this is a collection agency.
