get these calls all the time for my ex.....very irritating.. half the time they dont even speak so why call.  There is a great app for these type of callers that actually blocks them.  its called Truecaller.  Blocks most debt collectors, telemarketers and other such spam.

Call repeatedly, leaves no message.
