I received a call from this number, and his name was MICHAEL SINCLAIR. The supervisor name is JASON. He treatened me that I will be picked up from work or at my place if I didn't pay the balanced owed. So I was scared, he has all my information, but then I searched for this number and read all the comments, and realized that it wasn't only me who is getting the call from them. I set up a payment plan, I gave them my account, they had me faxed my license and a letter stating that I WILL NOT DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION. Then my signature. Luckily, I gave them the account that is actually closed because I know there is something wrong. I did not take any loans from PayDay loan. I called him today 3/8/2011 and told him that I spoke to a lawyer. And told him that this is a scam. Then he said, if you knew this is a scam then why are you paying for it? Then he said, call tomorrow and let's talk when your at ease. Then he hung up. I called back then he said he is not gonna waste his time on this then he hung up again. So, people, this is a SCAM. Don't believed these INDIAN ACCENT people who calls from this number.

I fell for this scam twice. I have had so many debt collectors since my divorce three years ago that I just figured it was something my ex-husband had done again. I was afraid I was going to be arrested. I ended up sending $1423.00 to these people. The second time they assured me it was the last of the money that was owed and there were no other outstanding loans out there. This happend two months in a row. Then the very next month (January 2011) I get another call. This time I call a lawyer and then the police before I call the number back. When I finally called the number back, this thick Indian accented man wouldn't speak with me and just threatened he would see me in court, I said fine.

I was actually able to recover the $1423 from Sanderson Legal group who is the processing company. So if you have lost your money and received a reciept from them, you can get your money back.

So this number (0000) called again. I played along this time. I told them that they cannot threaten me with jail that it is ilegal. He became angry and started yelling at me telling me that the cops were going to be here at my house at 6 pm to arrest me, that they were waiting on his call. I asked him what address he had for me, he said I shouldn't worry about that because the police know. Then he said "you sound like an educated woman, let me transfer you to my supervisor to see what we can do". This Michael Sinclair (first guy who ever scammed me), gets on and wants good faith money. I said I don't have any. He said to call him back Monday so we can work something out. As soon as I got off the phone I called the detective working on my case and he laughed and reassured me that even if the debt was legitimate (which it is not), I could not EVER be arrested for it.

So I have a script of what to say tomorrow from a lawyer and I am going to record the conversation. I'm actually looking forward to messing with these scum bags.

I just wonder if it will ever end...I guess I may have to change my number and I'm not even sure if that will work. Do they ever stop calling?

I received a call from this number back to back several times. First it started from 0000 then when they left a message it was from this number.

to say something about an email that was sent to me, she said for him not to call back again
that this call sounded like a scam.

This phone number is from some die by night computer consulting place known as wronkerroom.com out of Canyon Country, California located on West Sundowner Way.  This is just a scam....

I am a receptionist at a pretty large company. A Patrick Jones called our company looking for one of our employees. After several rude attempts he hung up on me and called back. I asked who the manager was and he gave me the name Michael St. Claire. When I called back the operator hung up on me and then immediately called me back. I told them to stop calling here and that the person cannot receive personal phone calls at work.

Is it true that after they are told to stop calling a place of business that it is illegal for them to call again?

I just got this call a few minutes ago, but earlier today around 12:00 MT I received 15 calls in 30minutes. I didn't answer any of them because I didn't recognize the number. Finally they left a message said his name was Partick Jones and I needed to call him back at 1-661-347-6518 and verify my address so he could send me information about some action being taken against my name. The number that came up on my cell phone was 0000. He had a heavy middle eastern accent and stumbled while pronouncing my last name (which isnt that hard). He told me that if I did not call him back he would not be able to help me. Thats a laugh, think he meant he would hound me some more until I got feed up and caved. Guess again buddy I just keep deleting the numbers and erasing the messages.

I to had call from the same Indian guys once again asking for my wife and the call back number they gave was 661-347-6518 asking for them to verify our addres becuase of a law suit and that if we respond today we might be able to settle it and not go any further, these Indian keep on calling and everty two weeks or so they change the phone number they are all Cell Phone numbers to call back are nothing but a scam, we have even called them back and have told them to stop the fraud and they keep on calling and there is nothing we could do we have been thinking of changing the phone numbers that is the only way to go

I have been Harrassed by the person going by the Name Brian King. He has threated me @my work reading me my rights to tell me I was going down town to go to Jail, plus having to pay 5k to have him come to my work on Friday with a supeana. I have called the POLICE AND WAS TOLD THAT IF HE COMES TO MY WORK TO CALL THEM.I have saved all the calls this person has sent to me and the threats he has verballly given to me have really got me scared. I do not or have not taking any money from this place that they wont give me the addrees or thier address, or a phone number to try and get to the bottom of this, just telling me there is a conflict of interest and he wont give me that information and wanted to know if I have an attorney.They just want to know if what I am going to do about this. I have all my bank statements and there is nothing on there when I told him that he hung up on me.He said I took the loan out 1 year ago, but called me at my new job that I have only been @ for 2 months. I told him not to call me at work he will get me fired and he said yes I will get you fired. What the heck has this world come too!!!!

I am so sick of this.  I have never had a payday loan and they keep calling.  Calling me at work.  How did they get that number.  Call and I hung up on them so he called back 10 times.  Said I had a loan and I told him I know its a scam.  He said we will see you in court.  I told him good.  Come get me.  I called the Ohio AG's office and that was a real waste of time.  You can make a report but nothing is being done.  Not sure they can do anything.  This guy said he was with the Fed Dept, right could not understand a word he said.  When I ask Fed dept of what he said "Just he fed dept."  I laughed and hung up.  Said his name was James Brown.  Sure it is.

They have called and it has been 2 different people by the names of James Franklin and Patrick Jones they say they can't discuss any information about who is suing me, yet I need to give them my bank account information to settle a debt i have with some net cash/Payday  account I have. I don't have a account from any loan company. They have called many times and have used different numbers but its all the same message. The caller id shows 0000 some times and they give me a different number to call them back at Like the 916-395-0000 or 661-347-6518. I am really annoyed with getting Harassed on the phone by these people. I have fallen for this scam once before and thought the calls would stop but 2 months later they started calling again. I am Tired of being told I will have cops come to my place and handcuff me if I don't pay them.

I have received a similar call - Patrick Jones - (India or Pakistan accent) saying same information.  What's up.  Then the number left on my phone is 916-395-0000.

Person by the supposed name of James Franklin saying he needed to speak to me to verify my address so he could send me info going against my name. I feel this is a scam number because if i had a lawsuit against me they would not call me to verify info they would already have it. Getting ready to fax his name and number to my attorney to let him handle.
