I've recieved two of these over the past week on my pay as you go cell. Nationwide Insurance. I'm on a business trip in Minnesota so the one today munched a lot of time credit. FCC complaints website will be getting a visit when I hit the hotel tonight.

They called my cell phone a couple of times and I didn't answer it. They did not leave a message. I think it is scam. Don't answer if they call you.
