Wow! They got me. I was online trying to figure out the best way to pay down all my debt when NACN called. They wanted my balances, and interest rates. I only had a ballpark estimate. Then I was passed on to the next level of authority who asked me the same questions and a couple more, including my date of birth and SSN. I stopped him there. Since he had given me his number, I told him I would gather my information and get back to him. Then I got online again and did a little research on them. First off, it costs $49 a month for their "help" which, frankly, you can do if you want to negotiate with your creditors yourself. Second, I came here and read all the comments.

Now, for the best part . . . I called "Alex" back to tell him that we were not going to be doing this at this time and to take us off of the call list. I was barely able to get the words out of my mouth before a recorded woman's voice came on and said, "Thank you for calling." Does this mean our romance is over Alex?

They definitely know how to get you when you are vulnerable. Watch out!

Got the call about 5 mins ago, didn't get to it in time, tried to call it back and got a recording that this number is not in service or has been disconnected.  How do people get away with this??  Annoying!

Any idea who could call from this phone number.

I called the phone company on these morons and have blocked the number, They were very rude when I questioned them. Even called back 5 mins later. My husband answered, told them we are not interested and they said "well Lisa told us to call back". The phone company said it is a scam and they are reporting them.  Can't call the number back, it is not in service, and they definately have an Indian accent.

We have gotten literally dozens of calls from this phone number, identified as Highfill Krysti on our caller ID.  Finally, I took a call from the number and a woman with an accent, possibly Spanish, identified the calling company as Trust Financial and started fishing for personal financial information.  When I demanded to know more about the company, she hung up at once.  This is some kind of scam!

They called as "Trust Financial," office in AZ and also "we're a nationwide company" w/ a heavy E. Indain accent.

IMG LLC of Gilbert AZ is behind calls. 888-660-4845 goes to their affiliate, Reliable Financial Services, also in Gilbert AZ.  They record all calls w/o permission.  Now transferring people to N. American Consumer Network in NY, NY 10018.

People get away w/ this 'cuz people don't/won't take time to ferret out WHO IS ACTUALLY CALLING. Play along, get transferred to someone in the USA, get a real entity name, address, phone number!!! If you look at the posts ad infinitum, you'll see that immediately saying DNC is an open invitation to be sworn at or hung up on. The only way to stop these calls is to learn the actual entity's name paying these clowns to harass you, then and only then take action, preferably in court.

I keep getting calls over and over from this number, and the caller ID says 'Highfill, Krysti'.  I don't ever answer it so I don't know what they want, but I am on the do not call list.

I keep recieving calls from 6618320396, no one anwers on the other end.  requested them to stop, but they continue.

Ge numerous calls a day always want to speak to my husband. When I tell them he isn't here they hang up. Probably get a call from them 3 times a day. Asked them to put me on their Do not call list..they are still calling...so annoying.

Got a call at 7am and they are telling me that their records show that for the past 6 or 7 months I have paid my credit cards on time. Thats as far as I got ecause I told him that his records are &^*^$* because I haven't had a credit card in almost 6 YEARS. He then hung up. He woke up me 16 month old daughter. A**hole.

I have been receiving the same calls for about 3 months and I too am experiencing the same problem. It started with 631 area code and has now moved to a 661 area code. I initally answered the phone and say hello with no response. The person then called back and to my dismay asked me if I were hard of hearing because they said hello to me. How are you trying to sell your services and are completely rude to me on the phone? I hung up the phone and he called right back and said he would keep calling until I signed up for his service. I blocked the number and now receive calls from the 661 area code. I tried to be nice and again say I do not want your services and they continue to call. Now I just look at my phone and ignore the call.

This phone number continually calls.  Sometimes from "Trust Financial" and others it's from "National Credit Center".  I've asked multiple times that they remove me from their call list, with no luck.

They called tonight as National Credit Center.  I asked for an 800 number in case I changed my mind and wanted their service.  They gave me an 800 number for a marketing company that has no idea who these guys are.  This company makes no outgoing calls so they have no clue why their number is being given out.

These calls have been coming in since August.  Some are from an area code 631 number, but I think I've successfully call blocked that number so now they call from this one....REPEATEDLY!

just got the same call. I said while you are talking can I have your website to verify some things, they said later, they wanted to record something, I told them I needed the website, finally got frustrated and hung up. she called back and I said I wasn't interested

Got a VERY rude call from this number.  Asked for their information & told them if they wanted to sell me something they had to prove they were trustworthy.  Would not provide a number.  Caller became VERY aggitated & then told me to just hang up the phone.  I replied with a few ideas for him to try.  Definitely a scam.

This number has been calling me for days. They had called months ago and I told them to put me on the do not call list. They have waited a few months before starting again. I do not answer the call. I decided two days ago to answer. The guy on the phone started his script. I stopped him and told him I was not interested and put me on the do not call list. He said, What the Hell are you talking about woman. I have not even finished talking to you and hung up. The called back the following day. He said he was with National Credit Bureau.....

I got a call from that number today, the guy said he was fr o American Solutions, he hesitated which leads me to believe the name is fake, I listened for a minute, he was asking personal financial questions that I refused to answer, I asked for a website, he said I would be able to speak to a manager who would answer my questions, he than again asked me personal questions...I told him that unless I get a website to look at we could not do business, he hung up after that. I'm not going to use the term "T**** Head" because that sounds terrible to refer to an Indian as a "T**** Head", It does sound bad saying "T**** Head" doesn't it? I wouldn't use "C**** Jockey" either, that sounds just as bad. I'll just refer to him as an A#*#@! &^$##^&!!! There, doesn't that sound a bit better?

   See my reply to Holt's note.  W/o a real name and address in the US, we're up a creek w/o a paddle. We all need to get the info, then report to the FTC who is REALLY behind the harassing calls.

See Holt's entry above.  Reporting a bogus # won't help much -- far better to play along, get their real identity, then report actual entity in USA that is hiring these E. Indians to harass you.

It's called "caller ID spoofing"   similar to "email spoofing"   sending something that appears to come from someone else. Like putting the wrong return address on a letter you sent through USPS

You cannot trust anything in the Cyber World.

Don't be deceived by the number and don't blame the person. This is happening more and more on many numbers. The person(s), group, corporation, is able to hack the phone system and alter the caller ID code that is in the call.

Probably Osama Bin Laden or some of the numerous t**** heads that the US has armed and educated over the years.

This company is clearly a group of scam artists, preying on people they think won't report them to the FTC.  Wrong.  They've now been reported to the Federal Trade Commission.  Their tactics, time of calls, they've been traced by my local carrier, and all of their abuse.  Have fun in prison you low life bullies.

Continues to call me throughout the day. Most times I just don't answer it.  Lately, I answer and repeatedly say, hello, hello, hello.  They just hang up.  If you dial their number it says it has been disconnected.  It must be one of those pay by the minute phones.  This happens every time I call back that number, last week, this week whenever.  I think it is a scam to try to get credit card info from you.
Hang up on them.

Maybe put out a contract.
The government and phone companies don't care!

Just filed an online comlpant with the FCC. I suggest any one on the "Do Not Call" list do the same. If this company is headed by someone in the US heavy fines for each "Do Not Call" violation. The FCC has an online complaint form very detailed and took about 5 minutes to fill out.
