This number has called me several times the past few days. I havent answered but when i try to call back it says the number has been disconnected. Quite aggravating!!

This number had the same message as a number I received a few days ago. The other number was out of chicago. The person I spoke to the other day would not answer any questions and just kept telling me I won groceries. She was very hard to understand and spoke very fast. I hung up on her. Now im receiving calls from this 661number number! How can we stop this?
