i received same type of call but this fellow had bad accent i believe to be of indian decent his name was gary jones they also have someone with the name davis as well there and some others as well if i call they will not speak to me but if my husband calls they will tell him they know his ss# and wil prosecute to the law he said ok what is my social they said you tell us and we will tell you if it is correct he made one up they said yes thats it but if you give us your bank information we will charge you what you owe and remeove it from your acct he said send me a bill and i will pay it they said they dont work that way they said they can only go into the acct and remove dfunds the way it is stated. they are a phony bunch trying to rob us blind i went to my police station and let them know,

I received a call from this guy who went by the name of Jason Conners, who stated that either I or my retained attorney return his call asap. He went on to say that if I or my attorney didn't contact him, his reply was "good luck" and some other jibberish that I couldn't understand. He had a foreign accent which I could not understand very well. I proceeded to call back to find out what it was this individual was calling about. The first call, all I got was a beep, called back a 2nd time, and someone answered, and asked for my name. They would not give me the name of the company they were with, just kept asking for my name, so I finally demanded that they connect me to their legal dept, basically telling them that I wasn't going to let them leave nasty messages on my answering machine for my wife and kids to hear. The person then just hung up on me.

I just got a call from these folks also. I could barely understand what the guy was saying. The name he used was James Anderson. I won't call back but I will contact the Attorney General's office in PA and DE.

these people called me and told me to contact my attorney if i do not call back. its a collection agency attempting to collect a debt.

Hi, I know credit acceptance call me a lot using different phone numbers, but now a phone # 916-965-5000 comes up, then a man name John Carter with a foreign accent leaves a message on my phone saying he has me on record and I will need to contact my attorney if I do not call back today.  Do anybody know who this is........... Thanks
