I called back number from caller ID and it is a fund raising organization.
If you're not part of the solution, you're part of the problem.

Received a call from (662) 655-4072 on September 26, 2012 at 8:12pm. Caller ID read "Memphis, TN". No message was left.

Got several calls from this number. I did answer one time and was asked to donate to a fundraiser. I told them I wasn't interested and that I donate to many others and couldn't afford to do it then. We have gotten other calls since then from same number but when we see it on our caller id, we don't pick up.

I received a call from this # at 830 am...breast cancer donation...this is a scam. they are not registered with any legitimate organization. this is one of those "donations" that 99% of the $$ collected goes to them and 1% of the "donation" actually goes to the organization. If you really wanted to donate $$ to an organization..do it directly and the charity will receive 100% of your $$. I also received calls from special olympics(not the actual special olympics) only 11% of the $$ goes to the charity, calls from the fraternal order of police,cardholder services..to lower my iunterest rates on my credit cards!(dont even have a credit card) other police donation companies,breast cancer charities, and other "charities"....THEY ARE ALL SCAMS!! You are not helping these charities..only helping to line their pockets! If you have received a call from this # you will probably receive other charity calls,calls to lower interest rates and so on..once some company gets a hold of your phone #..they will sell it..and the calls begin!! I just ordered a magazine subscription for a nephew..I did not provide my phone # but now realize the phone# was on the check I sent!! and thats when the calls started!
