I got a text message saying that my Plus4 account has been frozen and to call at the number provided. I've never heard of and definitely don't' have a plus4 account.

i just got this text 40 minutes ago saying the same thing about the plus 4 account is frozen and to call that number. says its from tmomail@tomomail.net

I got the same message too. Freaked me out. I called the number and got no answer. Googled the message and realized a lot of people got a message just like it but from a different phone number.  They said it's a scam and not to give your information. So I'm going to ignore it.

I don't know what a Plus 4 Account is either, but I don't trust this.
Honestly a real company would have given me more information than this, I would think.
Just leave it alone or report it to T-Mobile. Not that they can do anything but would be good for them to know people are trying to scam their customers.

So far I've only read of T-Mobile customers getting the creepy message.

I just got 3 more messages, all within less than 10 mintues. I talked with T-mobile customer service rep, he told me they are aware, that not to call back the number or give financial or other sensitive info.

Do not call or text this number.  Its probably a phising scam.  The want your information so they can spend your money.

Look at your Plus4 card or statement.  Find the REAL phone number for the provider.  Call them.  They can confirm your account information.  And they need to know someone is trying to scam their customers.
