My son got a phone call to his cell phone.  He didn't answer the call, but pocket dialed the number back.  Got my T-mobile bill for $61.69 for a pocket dial!!!! Tmobile only gave me half of it back.....

I got charged $7.45 from Verizon. no idea what happened

7:30 am to a 505 cell number when I was in 575 area.  Rang multiple times, then icon for message being left, but no message left.

Call at 4:00 a.m. on 1/10/14 in Walla Walla, Washington (509) area code

Just got a call from 664-412-0068 at 11:35 a.m. and it only rang once then stopped. Didn't answer b/c I don't know the number and they left no message. Decided to look it up b/c I don't call back numbers I don't know especially ones with weird area codes. Had received another call last week with another weird area code too. Glad I didn't call it back either and decided to look it up.

No message.  No pick up.  

I just got a phone call this morning, at 6:30 am.  It rang once.  The call comes from Montserrat, an island in the lesser Antilles, in the Caribbean. My guess is that if you call the number, you'll get charged international rates.  So, don't call back!

Just got the same call from 664-412-0068. 1 ring no message.

Received at 8:21 this evening.  Missed the call and didn't recognize the number so I searched it which is how I ended up here.  I have Verizon service.  

these types of calls are random dialed by an automatic dialer.  they set the area code they are attacking into the dialer and the machine takes over from there dialing any and all possible combinations until it hits on a working number.  Other posts are correct----Do Not Call the Number Back,  no matter how curious you might be.  You WILL be hit with international call rates on your phone bill.  And they will know that that number in a working number and sell it to some other scumbag.

I have 2 different numbers with Verizon and received calls on both numbers only min apart.  I don't know where this came from because I don't have a target card

I got the same call. They called at 11:45 pm it didn't even ring I just got a missed call.

I just got the same call, I don't answer my phone unless I know the number. Rang once no voicemail, at 1:44 AM

Wow! Just got a one ring call from 664 412 0041 no msg left either. I want to know what Verizon is doing to resolve this issue. Cell phone owners BEWARE!!!

Gotten two calls now. One from 664 area code then 767 the other day. How can I get this to stop? Its obnoxious!

Received a call from 664-412-0041 this morning around 7:30. Couldn't find anything on 800notes for this particular telephone number but assume same location and probable scam as 664-412-0068 is mentioned on 800notes.

Just got one ring then hang up to my ATT cell. I don't put my cell number on credit card apps. Only my home phone. Think they just got hold of a ph list

I got a call about 6:30am this morning. Without thinking called it because it said Monserrat, thinking it was part of Target thing. Got a message wait for next line, I hung up because it didn't answer with a name. Then googled it which I always do with an unknown call. Hope there won't be a charge on my bill. Keeping record to show Verizon in case there is.

I got a call from this number last night at midnight.  I did not answer  I have verizon and never shopped at Target.

Just got a call from this number. When I called back the voice mumbled something and when I called back a second time it said this number is non accessable.
