The area code is invalid.  The number was probably spoofed.  It must be a scam.  These 'a relative is coming from Mexico and has had an accident' calls are usually scams and the spoofed phone number is a dead giveaway.  My mom fell for a similar scam.

my dad got deported and was coming back from mexico , delayed because they had a car accident and we received a call from this number , we think its a fake but we dont know yet
