What is happening is the phone call is originating in Mexico. The cell phone number is from the U.S. So what happens is the number is on their network so its getting transferred to a number to be sent America. So i am assuming all numbers from Mexico originating from an American cell phone will have the same number.

My mom just called me from that number and she is on a cruise in Mexico. Maybe it is a phone number on the ship or maybe it is a payphone number in Mexico somewhere. Don't know. That's my best educated guess! lol

Called at 7:00pm exactly. I hate missed calls, but now I'm kinda glad I missed it. The internet says this area code comes from Maryland [?]

Called from this number and said Pedro Pablo and that he was calling from Mexican Border and he knew my name. I hung up on him. At 11:30PM called again and started talking fresh and changed his name to Juan Lopez. So I sent him to hell and hung up.

Called twice this AM. Once at 7:30, then at 10:30 am. Answered the second call, in English: Hello. My name is in Spanish. After my <hello>, the person (female) on the other end asked me who I was in <native> Spanish. I hung up.
