They did the same to me! I think it's a fraud!!

Said my son owes money from a telephone bill. He only has a wireless phone and we pay the bill automaticallly each month.
Called my CC company to refund the cost.

they are charging me $84.40 cannot get any one to talk to have left many messages no call back press 0 for other operators and call gets disconnected!

Actually I just realized this is a proper charge coming from the company servicing T-Mobile customers owing monies for cellular services and wherein a payment arrangement has been made.  These are billed as HOV Services.

Incomming call from 6782295018, hung up when I answered.

did you have any luck with this? i have a charge on my account from them and have no idea who they are and can't get through to them.

I have a $100.77 charge, last month and this month.  I have already alerted the credit card company.  Any additional information on who they are?

It's T-mobie's Financial Care Services. They help you make payment installments under the name of HOV. They give you a choice of being billed by "credit card" or straight from your account each month until you're paid up. 1.877.710.5999 is the most recent number I have and their customer service is quick and accurate. Most of us forget the NAME of their services and it appears to us as fraudulent, but it isn't if you've set up payments for a large bill.

This is T-mobile. If you owe them money, they will set up an account withdrawl from your credit or bank account via HOV Services. They are the debt collection agency for T-mobile.

I WAS TRYING TO GET A HOLD OF THIS BAY AREA CREDIT SERVICE THEY GAVE ME ABOUT 4 DIFFERENT NUMBERS AND THEN THEY SAID THAT THE MANAGER THAT COULD HELP ME HER NAME WAS CAROLINE AND GAVE HER NUMBER 408-904-1756 WHY DO I GET THIS FEELING SHE WONT BE ABLE TO PULL ANYTHING UP EVEN THOUGH THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO!!!

Hi, you got to call Carol Songer 408-904-1756 from HOV Services which is the actual company that is charging your account... I am about to find out ... oh T-Mobile guys... is charging u!

I received this phone number on a credit card statement and the billing was from Bay Area Credit Services.  I hope this helps someone else.

when you find out who it is, let me know.  cause they took $155 from my account also.  i called them and actually talked to them and i got some woman who sounded like she just crawled out of bed and put me through to the bay area credit service and they couldnt even find me in the system.  all they could say was it was a medical collection.  which i didnt authorize anybody to take any money out of my account.  this goes unresolved until tomorrow when the bank is open and i can call them and maybe get more information.

they are the telecommunications company providing the number to whoever is using this number. call/email them and complain how whoever is using this number is misusing it in whatever way that is affecting you

They are doing the same to me.  They have called me and when I try to call them I get a recording and then it hangs up.  Plus they have charged my account $150!  Does anyone know who this is????
