i am going threw the same thing with these people. how are they getting our info? they calling my job leaving messages u can hardly understand what they are saying he said his name was chuck davis but the woman answers when u call back. i wish i knew where they was so i could punch them in the face! stupid people aint got nothing better to do with there time!!

Threatening, rude; would not tell my the nature of the call. Woman asked for my Social Security Number without even identifying WHY it was needed, and hung up on my when I refused. I told her I was not going to disclose such info until I had additional explanation, etc. She just told me that "your attorney can handle it in court...." I have called back. They hung up on me once more and now, when I called a third time, I have been on hold for almost 20 minutes.....I got another call in Jan of this year from a Jamacian leaving a scary message "...don't ignore this...if you do, God have mercy on your soul..". When I called them, they said I owed a payday loan, when I said I did not and to provide me with documentation, they also hung up on me. On my third call to them, I told them I was unable to get any loan because of a divorce affecting my credit rating...the man said "what?!", when I repeated I couldn't get approved, he hung up. Thought I was through with this mess..now India's trying to get in on the action! In the background of the 678 atea code, it sounded like 40 people talking at once....PLEASE TRACK THESE IMMORAL, UNETHICAL AND FRAUDELENT PERPETRATORS DOWN AND SHUT THEM DOWN - FOR GOOD. Take THEM to court and let their counsel deal with it!

Why are you bothering with them? They are a bunch of theives and will scam you until your bank account can't handle it anymore.   they are on a Phishing expedition looking for info they can use on a bogus claim. I can guarantee that that's not his real name either DON'T DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL IN ANY FASHION

I received a hard to understand message from a man saying his name was "Chris Brown". When I called them, I said I was returning Mr. Brown's phone call. He never came on the line, just a woman. When I asked her the reason for the phone call, she immediately asked for my Social Security Number! I told her (in a firm, but nice way) "I am NOT giving you my SS number"! She rudely replied that my attorney could handle the matter in court and HUNG UP ON ME! I am now waiting on them (11 minutes so far...) I have been on hold.....someone picked up, asked me if I was a Pam M...I said I was not, gave my name again, and asked to speak with a manager so that I could find out why they were calling.....15 minutes, and still holding....

RECEIVED A MESSAGE ON MY ANSWERING MACHINE, WHICH WAS VERY HARD TO UNDERSTAND.
It's like he was in the middle of talking to someone else, the hurried and said my name, stated it was an urgent matter, and I needed to call him back immediately.  "If I don't here back from you, all I can say is good luck..." and he rambled on some more.  I could record it and post it here,  if I can attach files.  Everyone would get a great laugh.   I have been getting many similar calls but this one is completely unbelievable.  When I tried to call back, I now get a recording that my call can't go through... LOL

They say you have bad checks outstanding to scare you. Then they will say you have a payday loan that you never paid and that it is the same thing as having a bad check. NOT true. I paid all my payday loans. I took three out in the past and paid all three off. I have had about 3 calls and they say I owe them. I tell them that they need to give me documentation, that I owe this debt and that it is not a fraudulent collection. Also they say that they will be sending agents to your house at 9am and you have to go to court.
The next message left said call or have your atty. call and if you dont beware of the wrath that is coming down on you.....

Hmm some phone bank scam in India..

I called the number back 678-233-1299 and 707-317-1427  and told them I was reporting to the FTC, State AG and local Law.. I got a swift reply of "DO WHAT YOU WANT WE DON'T CARE".

Called said that i owed money on a payday loan. Had a case number and the Idaho codes that i was violating.  I explained to him that I didn't owe any money to these people and he said that he wasn't going to debate that with me, he would have papers served for me at our court house tomorrow.
