Just received a call from this number...didnt answer and didnt leave a message... Wondering who it is???

I got a massage from gambeling site. It is really annoying

Blue Dot on caller id - left a message - when I played it back, it was an automated voicemail that started as soon as VM picked up - just heard something about the do not call registry.

Just got a call from this number today.  I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  

Tried to call back, and it said the number had been disconnected or changed.
