Multiple calls from this number without a message.

Recieved call from 678-258-5057 at 11:21am. I did not answer as they will most assuredly call back.

I got tired of them calling and recorded the amount of times that they called me and sued them for harassment. After about 11 months I received a check from my attorney and the calls have stopped. CALL A LAWYER!!!!!!!

They call me multiple times a day, and like everyone else, if you DO answer, it says "connecting you to a representative now." WTF?! It shows up as a Georgia call on my cell phone, but nothing further. People say it's for a Tribute credit card. Now, I know I owe plenty of credit card companies, thanks to my very awesome ex husband, but I have never had a Tribute credit card... God only knows why these people are annoying me 5 to 10 times per day!!!

I do NOT owe them any money.  Told them they have the wrong number and they still continue to call.  What a waste!!!   If I answer it costs me my precious cell minutes!!!

Yep...I get the same call about 1 million times a day.  Yep...I owe them $, which I'm paying a little at a time.  Yep...they are calling about Tribute credit cards.  Nope...they won't stop calling.  Isn't there something that can be done about harrassment???  I mean...they only give you $250 in credit. Is it that serious?????????????????????????????????????

Called twice so far today--a Saturday morning.  I've listed each incident on the Federal DoNotCall complaint website.  Suggest you do the same.

Calls come from 678-258-5057 with Unknown Name on caller ID so I don't pick up.  They can call multiple times a day beginning at 8am and going to 8pm.  They never leave a voice mail so I never pick up nor do I answer the phone.  Guess I'll start turning off the ringer.  They can call for years and it won't bother me.  I'll still list them with the federal DoNotCall list.

Same thing here. Just got a new cell and new number as well so I guess I picked up someones problem.

I did not answer after the 15 times being called but i am told its a company called Tribute about some card.

I keep getting calls from this and other numbers, with or without messages... ATT wants to charge me $5/month to block each number. Is there a way to report this/block unwanted numbers without paying?

These people call my house constantly, never leaving a message. When I answer, there's the dreaded "we're connecting you to someone now" pause, so I hang up.  If they wanted to talk to me, there would be someone there to say "Hello" when I answer the phone! I know NOTHING about a tribute card that was mentioned here... Wish they would leave me alone!

These psychos sometimes call as early as 7am on weekends, and may call upwards of 10 or 15 times a day.  They never leave a message and I have no idea who they are?

I have received 6 calls in less than 6 hours from this number and never once have the left a message.  If this about some credit card from Tribute you would think that they would leave a message also, this seems like a violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.

i haved timed the calls they are 28 minutes apart all day long
untill 8:58pm it's not harassment anymore it's torture!!!!!!!

I've been getting several calls a day from this number for more than a month, leaving no messages - - at work!  Please help to stop them!

please get this number to stop calling.  Today alone I missed 8 calls.  I buried my 33 yr old nephew I should not have to be bothered like this when my family is grieving.  please stop this number from calling me!!!

All you need to do is go ahead and asnwer the call. Ask them for their address and if they ask why tell them it is because you would like to send them something. That something btw will be a letter informing them that they are not to contact you by phone any longer and that all contact from them will be done by mail. Notify them that they could be violating the Privacy Act..if you're able to also send them a copy of the Privacy Act along with the letter. Send the letter Certified Mail Return Receipt  that way you know that the letter was received and when. Also make sure you keep a copy of the letter you send.

If they continue to call you you'll be able to sue them and you'll have a copy of the letter and the signed Certified Receipt to show proof that you have requested them to never call you again.

Keep getting calls on my work number.  Have asked them to stop calling and the calls increased.

I assume my wife has one of their cards. I've told them repeatedly not to call my # but they still do. I have enjoyed yelling at them which really seems to get them stirred up. I don't know what else to do. I filed both with the FCC and Do not call. I even explained to them it's my phone not my wifes and they stated they would still call. What morons. I guess they like the abuse.

They call me at least 10 times a day.  So I started calling them back and they really get mad.  Everyone should just call them back and not say anything and just listen.  They are very rude when they call and also when you call them.  I cant believe that people could actually do this job.  I fell behind on several bills because of a heart attack and people like this do not care about your health at all.  They would probably be happy to give you another heart attack.  My stress level is very high due to the calls received by creditors.  I would have paid all my bills if they would not have increased my payments by 5-10 times what they were.

I have NO idea who these people are and how can i get them to STOP calling me 24/7?
