I got a call from 678-261-6237 associated with "Capricorn Systems", located in Tucker, Georgia.  The caller was a recruiter who was from India.

I got the call..and they identified themselves as Manpower and Associates in Atlanta

I've worked with Manpower before, for years. The numbers with these "Atlanta, GA" source are not traceable - I got a call from one of these yesterday and someone else at home took it, and said I would contact them today. I called it back and got a fast busy each time. REAL Manpower numbers in Atlanta have 770 as their area code. Real recruiters also have vm saying who they are and you can leave a msg for them because they definitely want to contact you if they are legit. Do not trust these people, CALL Manpower DIRECTLY from a number you find IN THE PHONE BOOK - and if there was a legit person trying to contact you, they will talk to you. I've gotten numerous emails with bad English and little info "offering" me jobs, when they don't even know if I'm male or female, using my online resume to find me. My guess is it's some smaller outfit either trying to scam you or get their foot in the door.

This is Manpower, they are a legit recruiting firm. This office seems to have a disproportionate number of people from India working there. If you are seeking employment, call them back- they might be hard to understand but they are a legitmate firm that represents some large companies.

I got a call from this number around 8 pm as well but i did'nt pick up. I googled the number later and found this page. thanks for the warning. i'm sure it has something to do with careerbuilder as i just updated my resume on it today after a long time.

Got a call after normal dinner hour, during the week, from a person who said his name was "Afif" about a "Budget Coordinator" job in Allen Park, Michigan. He said he was from "Manpower". I could barely understand anything he said.  I am very leary of this call due to the fact that he promised a follow-up email with a job description, that has not arrive 36 hrs later.  I suspect this call was a SCAM to get my social security number, and then do an identity theft. Be careful!

I get calls from Manpower from time to time and after giving some info they gave me info on a legit job. I wouldn't be worried just because they have a "funny accent". The Indian population is growing in the Atlanta metro area as are many other ethnic groups.

Now, always be cautious when giving out personal info. I was never asked for my social from Manpower or any bank info. But if and when that ever happens, that's it with Manpower or whoever else tries to pull that info from me. They'll not get another sound from me other than me hanging up. There's never any reason for them to ask for that. UNLESS they're hiring you. But you'll be well into knowing who they are before they ask you for that kind of personal info.

I had a call from 678-261-7237 interested in helping me find a job. They got my number off of Careerbuilder.com.   I could not understand anything he said, especially his call back number.  Sounded fishy to me.  I am very leary of these calls about jobs now...too many of these scammy types. They say the name of the company so fast you cannot understand them, and foreign sounding as well.

This 6782617237 is Manpower a real recruiter. Get used to not understanding a recruiter... They are predominantly becoming Indian people - from India... that came here to get recruitment companies and or jobs. What is the best way to get your family and friends a job become a recruiter

Got a call about my resume on Careerbuilder??!! Spoke very limited english, wanted to "offer me a job". Calling from "Atlanta GA". Dont give out any info to these people
