I keep receiving call from a company called Accatel they said I received a grant form the government for 8400. Dollars but in oder too receive it I have to pay them $120 first. Scam The Account Manager number is 202 629 9064.

Received a call this morning from this number telling me they were an on line pharmacy....Then being in Texas they told me they were the "Texas Pharmacy" located in Houston ( close to where I live)........knowing it was a scam, I asked them for their address ( googled it) and asked him what was across the street. Figured I would have fun with him since he was clearly Pakastani or something..........After about 10 minutes of toying with him he decided to start cussing , etc............My suggestion, if you have time, waste as much of their time playing their game back with them.........You can ask them a million times to be removed but they do not have to comply with the DNC list because they arent in this country...........They spoof a phone number to make it seem like they are in the US..........

Recived call on my business line when i pick up say goodbye..........

Yeah I must admit, today I recieved 2 calls almost back to back. I thought it may be the result of me researching grants. But just like the other comments' no one would say anything, and if they did I got someone with an middle eastern accent and offered me grant resources. US financial Services saying for $3.78 they can give me help and it's all online, the application. When I said that I couldn't understand what he was saying I got hung up on. I wanted to find out what the website was so i could contact the BBB. NoGoood.

This is not a legitimate company at all.  They are looking to get your credit card number.  I received 3 calls today and told the guy a few minutes ago that I was researching the validity of this US Financial Services Company.  He became a little nervous and I asked him what his registration number for the Better Business Bureau was.  He said that he didn't know what that was.  Right then and there I knew SCAM!!!!!! And told this guy Rick, who has an Indian accent to put me on his do not call list.
Do not trust these people!!!

I receive multiple calls from this number daily.  When I do answer no one days anything.  I think it may be linked to government grants.  I didn't begin receiving the calls until after I visited various loan/grant sites online for school.  It's ridiculous how they call so many times and don't say anything...what's the point of the call!!!

I did find out they are legitimate.

Person called saying he was with US Financial Services and said I was eligible for grants.  It came up on my phone with a plus sign before it, which in my experience, is an international number.  When I asked him why it came up as international he adamantly said he was in Utah and it was a broadband phone (internet phone).  I have been contacted in this manner before which raised multiple red flags. He asked me for a payment of $3.78 which I refused and he hung up.

Justin and fred are probably just people that work for the company.... I got the same phone call saying it was for Grant money. That they found my name on a website....My name will be added to the do not call list shortly. It sounds really shady to me...

that's correct, its a legitimate company, they helped my dad in getting a grant for his housing repair, so i believe its real...........

Its not right.. these are some grant research companies..who give u the access of government grant application forms as its very difficult to track down..they helped me & i received my grants.. its not scam..they legitimate company the number is still the same..

i just got a call from this number and when i answered nobody said anything to me. from what ive read above it has something to do with college or collecting money from the government. i hate that. i click one button online and change my mind then all of a sudden im getting calls left and right from random numbers and i get them within 10 mins of being online. scams all around. just dont answer

I got a message on my voice mail from this number. It was weird because it sounded like a computer voice and it was saying "bye-bye, driving bye" very strange. the number was the same 678-279-4980????

ive gotten a phone call from this number over a dozen times in the last week. one person asked if they could speak to kristen (myself) and i told them she was unavailable and whoever was on the other end said 'well thats ok, i can speak with you. are you interested in going to college?' i said 'no i'm not' then the rep said 'oh really? why not?'. i told her i'd already graduated college and wasn't happy with my career. all she had to say after that was oh, nevermind. and hung up.

SCAM

I receive many of these calls too. I believe it's tied to a payday loan that I took out.

I've recieved MULTIPLE phone calls from this number, atleast 3-4 times a day, for the past 2 weeks (atleast), and sometimes i miss the call, but the few times i did answer, no one said anything.

I received two calls from this number in one day. The first one said they are not soliciting donations and wanted three minutes of my time for a survey. I told them I didn't have the time and I'm on the do not call list. After putting in a complaint with my phone provider this number called again saying his name was Rick and that he noticed that I was looking for a grant on the internet. I said No! He hung up on me!

I received a call from this number. The guy that called said that I was eligible for free money from the Goverment. I asked why is the Goverment giving me free money. He could not give me an answer. I told him that this call does not seem letigimate. I told him I do not give out personal information to no one over the internet or phone. He said I did not have to. Allhe needed to put the paperwork thru was $4.98. I told him that I did not have that amount and i thanked him and hung up.
