Received an email in response to a craigslist ad and then returned the call, with no response.  receiving massive amounts of spam email.

If you really want to stop these people, complain OFFICIALLY to the Florida Dept of Agriculture and Consumer Affairs. Contact Monica Brown of their Telemarketing Dept at Monica.Brown@freshfromflorida.com and/or go to the website www.800helpFLA.com and use the online complaint form. Be as specific as possible. Name Michael Hilgar and Elite Information Solutions and say that his company is making direct sales solicitations in violation of Florida law in addition to violating Federal law (you can make that complain to the FCC). Unbelievably when I spoke with Monica she told me NO ONE had yet made a formal complaint against this company. I did. Now YOU need to do as well so we can put these people behind bars. Michael Hilgar IS a criminal and known con artist. Just look up his record. He has gone from one scam (roofing and stucco) to another. WE need to stop him.

I worked for this company for about a week recently. Their name is Elite Information Solutions, Inc. The current location of the actual building we called from is 495 E. Semoran Blvd, Casselberry, FL 32707.

They have been calling me for months.  Using the information above, I think I tracked them down.  Elite Information Solutions, Inc. is registered with the florida secretary of state.  The owner is Michael Hilgar and their address is 509 S. Chickawaw Trail, #393, Orlando, Florida 32825. Probably just a drop box.

I was one of the callers for this harassing company for a few days. When I realized what they were doing, I quit. The "auditor" is trying to sell you a solar water heater. Come on, Same Here. You think you're gonna fool these people? Good thing they have someone on their side who knows what's REALLY going on. By the way, they're located in Casselberry, Florida. The company's real name is Elite Information Solutions.

The guy showed up and did have ID and company info.  He spent about 40 mins performing energy audit with high tech equipment.  My brother sat in on it so no funny business, and he showed us where we could save some money on power bills and where to apply for government rebates depending on how much we saved in the coming months. So, all in all, it went way better than I thought.

How did it turn out?

That number just called me...I went ahead and finally set an appointment for tomorrow, we will see how it goes.  My brother is a police officer and he will be here with me!

I received a call from a wireless phone 678-896-7713 - from USA Electric.  They wanted to set an appointment to see if I would qualilfy for a $3800  federal energy grant for conservation. (a 20 minute appointment)

I asked her about the qualification of the people who would come (Professional Engineer; Certified Energy Manager) - She didn't know.....

Asked her which Federal Government program, since I've already received a $3,600 energy credit for my home this year.  She didn't know...

Given that I have a 4400 sq foor Earthcraft Home with A/C units running 16 SEER and an electic bill of $120.00 per month (I lied),  would I be a legitimate prospect-  She was sure I would be.......

I then asked her if she was familiar with the Federal DO NOT Call list, on which I am registered.  She was, but since she was not 'selling' anything, she was not restricted by that.

I hung up........................

Are any of you paying attention at all? Someone on this thread, just above your posts, used to work for them. They gave you a way to contact them directly. Now you have the means to take legal action against them for continually harassing you.

looks like they use caller ID "cell phone GA" 912-467-1498 and this number also. I will never answer their call. No message left.

Let me guess... when they do say something, it's always the following: "Hi, this is (name) with (whatever new scam name they use). Don't worry, this is not a sales call or a solicitation, the purpose of this call is to see if your resience qualifies for $3800 in government money that homeowners can receive for reducing the overall energy usage of their home. Did you know about this government program?"

If you know anyone in New Jersey, warn them. Spread the word as much as possible. They've already been shut down once before, for harassing people and telling them the DNC list doesn't apply to them since they're not selling anything. No, they're trying to schedule a salesman disguised as a power company official to try to sell you a solar water heater.

These people are a pain in the a**. They told me today they are not covered under the DNC act. That just means they have found a way around it. Between these clowns and habibi wanting to know if we have smoke alarms and fire protection it's getting to where ya don't want to answer your phone!

Received another call from this number saying this is not a sales call,  do not hang up.   I did not even get a chance to say hello.  The man just started talking about a program they have from the gov.  offering money to people to help with the mortgage or credit cards.   I ask him who are you calling and he ask who I was.  I said you ought to know that,    you are the one who called.  He tried to talk above me the whole time and keep going and I YELLED REAL LOUD IN HIS EAR and I think he had enough.

severals call received from this "company", regarding energy credits to schedule technicians to come to MY house...they are very unwilling to give out any information regarding USA Electric?? must be a SCAM.. they Will Not remove my number from their list, feels like they are to the point of Harassment, because I KEEP telling them not to call me..

Received call from this number.  Caller ID showed number 678-294-9582 with name "wireless caller".  They didn't talk to my answering machine.  From the earlier comments above, sounds like they might be attempting to collect information for identity theft.

I've been called twice in the past few days, 8-17 & 8-20-11, and dialed the number thinking it might be someone I know or recently gave my number to.  Got a recorded message saying that that phone "is not reachable, PPS - 61-80", Googled it and found this page; and here we are...

Today I received a call from 678-294-9582. I answered the phone and didn't say anything but within a few seconds a female began telling me about some kind of $3800 payout from the government for something that I could not understand because of her accent. The number identified on the Caller ID but the name came up as Unknown. This is getting to be a daily thing, not just this number but almost any kind of scam someone can dream up. You would think the FCC would do something about this.

Just rcvd a call from 678-294-9582/Wilson Boyce. After I said hello several times, a lady asked if she could ask me some questions that would determine if I was eligible for a $3800 credit from the government for my electric bill. Of course I said no and hung up. Give me a break! Another government handout. Ughhhh... my (and your) tax dollars at work funding yet another gimme-gimme   program.
