I think this is NCO Financial; they are breaking the law with their debt collection practices and continue to harass me.

This is from UpFrontCash, a payday loan company, who I had a loan awhile ago, and were checking if I wanted to try again.

Call 866 735 3526 to ask for no more calls.

It is ACE Cash express wanting to know if you are going to renew, close out, or whatever with your payday loan.

This is Ace Cash Advance and like is said below, It IS a payday loan company and they also handle prepaid debit cards. They'd have no reason to call you unless you tried to gt a loan with them or an Ace debit card issue of some kind. They are in fact, Ace's customer service and a legit company that I've neve had anything but good experiences with so far.

If you receive a call from this number and can't figure out why, someone may have given you as a reference when they applied for a loan with them (EZ Payday).  If this is the case, they will continue to call whatever numbers for references given to them until they can get a hold of the person who applied for the loan.  I had a couple loans with them a few years back and they are actually pretty cool to deal with; if you're desperate enough for that type of loan.  Trust me, they don't call your references just because they think it's fun.  None of my references ever had to be called because I paid them back as promised.  So, check your friends or relatives, it's probably their fault you're getting the calls.

I got a loan online from these people in May 2007.  I've gotten out of control with my debt and have retained an attorney and am filing bankruptcy.  When I called these guys to get the info on my loan, I got that same message that I would have to check for the 800# on my answering machine.  I was really bad after I got the loan.  I actually went as far as to close my checking acct. before they had the chance to get their $.  Glad I did now.  They have NEVER called me.  They didn't even call me at work to verify employment before they gave me the loan.  I wish they WOULD call me so I get get them turned in on my bankruptcy.

This is a payday loan company.  If you filled out an application with one of those services that "match" you with payday lenders, that is why they are calling you.

Caller was a male who wanted to speak with an employee who was not on duty.  When asked not to call back to this place of business and that someone else from this loan company had been told previously not to call back to this business, he became arguementative and kept repeating that fact that I had not asked the name of the business that he worked for... over and over again until he finally hung up on me. When the number is called back, it is a prerecorded voice that tells you to call an 800 number that should have been left on your voicemail.  They definately violate civil rights of others when told not to call back and they do again and again.  This is harassment.

This number called today, it rang 2-3 times and then they hung up.  I called the number back and got a message saying that it was customer service, saying that I recieved a call from them because I had applied for a loan with them.  It said to check my voicemail for the toll-free number provided to return thier call.
There was no message.  Sounds like a scam company, since I have not applied for a loan with anyone for a long long time.
