I get calls from this number on my cell phone VOICE-MAIL. The call is not showing up as call on my phone when the phone is turned on, goes straight to the voice-mail. I had to listen to the voice-mail to get that number! I don't know what it is - sounds like MLM and it is unwanted!

Voice message from 678-318-1896 saying I could make tons of money by just leaving messages.  So much bogus crap, clearly a scam.

I no longer answer calls unless i recognize the number or the name on the caller ID.  My out going message is: "Hello Thanks for calling. I am not answering call unless I recognize number or name on caller ID. Due to the persistent unwanted telemarketing calls I have had to resort to this method of screening. If you do want to speak to me leave your name and number and I will call you back as soon as possible. Have a great day."  
This has worked very well. I am tired of trying to call these jerks back as their number is usually spoofed.

This number calls me on my business line and doesn't leave a message.  When I cal it back it says that I have received the SPRINT VOICEMAIL BOX of 513-678-3181 here in Cincinnati...What a pain in the a**

This number calls me daily....even Sundays...when I call back it says it if from a Sprint mail box here in Cincinnati  513-678-3181

A recorded message was sent to me from (760) 688-0706. The message said, "Call (678) 318-1896." It appears to be some type of pyramid scheme.

Solicitation for a money making - autodialer system

leaves a text message from "44522" :
"What if U could make $21,000 Xtra Cash in the next 21 days? Would U spend 21 minutes learning How? Call 6783181896 for recording with details Reply STOP to end."
Obviously if I were to call this recording from any phone, they would have record of that number and sell it as a good # for their purposes. From a land line, use *67 to block caller ID.
Same thing if I reply "STOP".  
They want a response to get a number... any number will do.

These Telemarketers keep calling my number which is on the no call back list. I can't get rid of them. They don't say a word they listen and hang up. I want it to stop!!

you're low income but you have access to the internet? You can do something cheap down to $100 but you're not doing it or you could be able to go with the $500 one.  I spoke to Karl myself and his real last name is easy to find. The phone calls are a marketing system. The reason people are low income and stay that way are many but one is a poverty mentality. Decide you want to get out of there and do it!! Quit makin excuses!!

The name of the person is Karl Jacobsen (aka Mr. Kash).  The phone is through voiceplus in Atlanta.  I have notified them of the illegal sequential automated calls from this number. I was told that they received complaints from others today. I have been assured that voiceplus is taking action to stop the illegal calls.  If not, I plan to seek legal remedies from both voiceplus and Mr. Jacobsen. I notified voiceplus that I would seek legal action against them as well as Mr. Jacobsen, if the calls continue.  Mr. Jacobsen lies and says that people he calls have filled out an Internet form.  A class action law suit would show that Mr. Jacobsen uses sequential dialing and ignores federal laws and regulations.  Mr. Jacobsen has obviously violated the law many times over.  There are stiff monetary penalties for knowingly violating these laws, payable to the injured parties.  I have no doubt that voiceplus phone records will show beyond a doubt that Mr. Jacobsen has knowingly and willfully violated Federal law.

Is called Phone Power. Mr. Kash is going to Hell. I live in a low-income housing. I'm on a fix income. The lowest price they got is $500. that I can't afford. Mr. Kash have change his mind to have something cheap down to $100. I can pay $100. a month I won't mind. He's not in these people shoes to see there people are on low-income on SSI & on SSDI income. There midde class people, they try stay out of red. There also people going from paycheck to paycheck.

P.S. That's why I'm staying away from work-at-home they cost too much.

The phone number is through a company called Voice Plus Com. in Atlanta.  It's one of their customers.  I reported the scam to them and it was to be referred to their fraud department.
