Keep getting calls

Keep getting a call from this number, stating that this is a time sensitive matter with the Social Security Number then it hangs up when I try to call back there is not answer, phone just keeps ringing.

when the number called me it had a bussiness message...saying to press a number to speak to someone....when i did ..it hung up....so i thought i will call it back an let them know that the person they are looking for is no longer in this home...or at this number...when i dialed it back...someone answered an said "{dont call no more" i said ///wtf/....u called me first..who is this...an why are u calling me...an they hung up...so i come here to report it...ty kindly
