This is supposidly a charity that picks up clothing items, toys etc... I left 5 large bags of clothing, two boxes of children's videos and several large toys that mu children do not paly with anymore.  I wanted and needed a recipt.  They never left one.  I called and got no answer. I fianlly spoke to someone after a month when they wanted another donation.  They promised a reipt.  Never received one.  They called again today and said they would e-mail a receipt again within 10-15 minutes.  3 hours later I have yet to receive one.  Makes me wonder if this is a legitamte charity.  With 4 children, we have alot to donate at the end of each season. I just want it to go to those who really need it and not to someone who is making a profit off of it.

We get calls from this number and variations thereof several times a week.  Because they are a "charity", they can legitimately call us.  We do not answer as we have Caller ID, but we are sick and tired of the calls.  Telling them that we donate elsewhere does not stop the calls.  Surely there has to be a way to stop them!!

They hung up on me when I said that I receive this call everyday.
Next time I will get the word in first.

They hung up on me two when i said i wasn't Mr. Gardner (wife's maiden name).
