I received a call from 678-421-4926 asking my spouse to call back. "Linda" from United Healthcare's coordination of benefits department calling for my spouse. Asked that he return the call at (877) 828-5743. I did not call back.

A computerized call from Oxford by "Linda" the computer. Slowly asking you personal information, ignoring any response it doesnt want to hear, and gives you no way to speak to human. It claims to be "updating" your information, but its just Oxford trying to find out if you have other coverage so that they can find a way not to pay claims, or kick you off entirely.

Called again and left a message - "Linda" from United Healthcare's coordination of benefits department calling for my spouse. Asked that he return the call at (877) 828-5743. We have Oxford insurance which is the same company as UHC.
