This is a legitimate call. Called to confirm a doctor's appointment I have next week. It is an automated service and asks you to press #1 to confirm the call.

It was legit for me. The call was to remind me of an appointment I have. The voice was an automated one that was kind of like a "fill in the blanks" form since there were pauses between where my appointment was and what time, Dr, etc. But it was legit.

Called the number back, a young black guy answered: "HCH Services, how may I direct your call?"
Looks like an Atlanta area code.

It's a collections call from HCA which is the parent company name for hospitals in the south east. Probably Trident Hospital in North Charleston SC.

RECEIVED A CALL AT MY BUSINESS FROM THEM TODAY AT 2:40. I WASN'T HERE SO AFTER CHECKING THE CALLER ID, I CALLED THEM BACK. THEY WOULD NOT TELL ME WHAT THIS WAS ABOUT UNLESS I WAITED FOREVER ON HOLD. I HAVE NO DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS AND BESIDES, THEY CALLED MY BUSINESS PHONE AND LAST I CHECKED MY BUSINESS HAS NO DOCTORS APPOINTMENTS EITHER. WHATEVER IT WAS ABOUT, IT IS A SCAM PLAIN AND SIMPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Its a paid call center for scheduling pending doctors appointments. I didnt pick up cus I didnt know the number but I regreted it cus its an appointment I really need.

Number currently belongs to Alaska Regional Hospital. "at least so they told me" when they called my cell asking questions about my stay there. Weird thing is...I've never gone there.
