Past three days this number has bn calling me every half hour!!!!!! This is rediculous and irritating!!!!!  

Getting just sick and tired of this number calling at all hrs. I do not owe anyone a dime or do I want a credit card. Just want to be left alone!

If a foreign, 3rd world criminal, faked their caller ID & made it say "The White House" - would you blame The White House? You are receiving annoying calls, but do not assume the caller ID is correct. No sense blaming the blameless.

I never answer my phone anymore. So I didn't know who this call was coming from. They call at times that are not allowed by the Consumer Protection Act. But what do you expect from Wal-Mart.

I called the number back and it looks to be Walmart discovery. Why they would call me daily makes no sense to me!

Why does this number keep calling me?

They keep calling 4, 5 times a day and never leave a message. I don't answer because I don't recognize the number.

Next time they call, get the name, or identifying #, of the person you talk to, make a memo for record of the date, time, company name, and caller info from above. Then tell the individual not to call you anymore and that the calls are to stop immediately, not in 24 hours. You can let them know that the no-call law provides for a penalty of $10,000.00 for each and every call after this one.

wont leave a message and can't call back

I got a new cell phone number and out of the blue, someone keeps calling me from the referenced phone number with a caller ID of GE Money Bank. I don't have any credit with GE Money Bank and there is no reason for them to be calling me. No one ever says anything, they just hang up. It's getting on my last nerve!

Also, if you have the option, add the number to your reject list. That will most likely stop the calls coming from them.

And here's a tip: NEVER, EVER, give companies your home phone number or cell phone number, under any circumstances. If they want to send you info about your bill or whatever, they can either E-mail you about it, or just send the bill to your home address by just giving them your home address & your E-mail address. That's it.

To stop collection calls, you need to send a cease and desist letter via certified mail. (This goes for all debt collectors, not just Walmart Discover.) You can find samples online, so you know what the letter should include but verbal requests will likely be ignored. Handle all correspondence in writing and keep copies of everything for your records.

Keep getting calls

I'm on the no call list and have informed them of this yet i still get several calls a day from these morons. Has anybody ever successfully sued one of the businesses doing this in small claims court? Something i'm going look into, Hopefully i'll be able hit them for $7,500 .

They are a debt Collector. If you have a Discover Card through Walmart they will call you non stop until the bill is paid. You could be a day late and they will start calling. For those that don't have the card,someone apparently gave out your # when they filled out their application.

These use automatic phone dialers and why there's no answer is because the automatic dialers if they are a little off or premature the operator is out of sync
with them then they do not connect with the call and operators.

I get calls all hours of the day and night from this number they will not talk are leave a message

Man on phone claims to be collecting debt for walmart. I have no debt to walmart. I hate these people that abuse,don't call me anymore or give me your physical address and I will come talk to you in person.

Stop calling me!

I don't know why they keep calling but since I don't recognize the number I don't answer. If they can't leave a message why they wish to talk to me I have no interest in contacting them or answering any calls.

My caller I.D. read G.E. Capital.  First, a young lady with an asian accent called, and I asked her to take my elderly patient's name off of the mailing list. However, about an hour or so later, a man with an asian accent called asking for her again. I asked him who G.E. Capital was, but received no answer. He just wanted to verify who he was talking to.  It happened today for the first time, 03/21/2013.

These people call me 3 or 4 times a day, at all hours. I have 15 calls on my phone right now that they have called in the last two days. I want this stopped now. They claim to be calling for Wal- Mart accounts. I have no account with Wal-Mart. Please stop this harassment.

The people at this number 678-518-2156 say they are with Walmart Discover of which I have no account, in fact no Walmart accounts whatsoever.  They call at all hours, saying they are looking for someone named Nadine. I told them I don't know anyone named Nadine and in fact have never known anyone named Nadine, that obviously they didn't do a very good job checking this person out before they issued them credit and for them to STOP CALLING and at this point they apologize and say, "We'll remove your number but give us 24 hours."  Which does not apparently work as they keep calling.  This has been going on for months.  I'm to the point where I have all incoming calls restricted to my contact list, yet when they call at night it still beeps in with "message waiting."  And guess who? You're right Walmart Discover. Don't even know what to do.

I've got several phone calls from this number and they never leave a message? I think if I owed something to someone they would leave me a message?!

I believe it is GE Money.
