The TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) allows creditors to use an autodialer to call you on your residential or cell phone if they have your consent.  Courts have found consent where a consumer gives their number to the creditor during the application process.  Some creditors are now putting consent clauses in their contracts.  

If you are receiving autodialer calls from one of your own creditors, you need to do is to let them know that you do not consent to these calls and demand that they cease communications with you.  You need to do this in writing.  Keep a copy of the return receipt with the letter you send.

Your best option may be to consult an attorney to find out if you have any rights under the  Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) or your own state's collection laws.

i have asked them to remove me from there call list several times and yet they still keep calling. Who can I report them to.

The number belongs to Texaco / Chevron.  You are late on your credit card payment. No Conspiracy.

They have been calling continuously and I have gone to my cell carrier to have this number blocked. The first time I answered this a woman spoke asking for someone, but couldn't understand her that well. My caller ID doesn't show me anything.

How do stop this call coming to my phone?

Answer the call and say, DO NOT CALL and they must remove you from their list.  Simple as that.  Companies are very sensitive to do not call list, now.

They call a few times a day. This is a place of business. We don't have time for this type of calling. How do we stop it???

These people call up to 12 times a day. Never leave a message and no response when answered. Very annoying. Shows up as GE Money on caller ID.

I too have received countless calls from this number several times a day. I t has been going on for a few weeks. Don't answer it. they say it is a courtesy call from a gas card from G.E. money market.

I have received several calls from this number as well. did not answer and did not call back. i figured it was a scam.

Have been getting calls from this number for 2 days now. calls 2 or 4 times a day. Put a call block on their number. Call ID says it's from GE Money. Don't know them and ain't gonna answer their calls!

I have had multiple calls daily from this number, have not answered any of them - they are a nuisance and intrusive. I too will report this to FCC.

this is a spoof call. don't give any information out. the do not call registry has a form that you can complain on. this will be reported to the FCC.

I got a call today from 678-518-2252. i called this number back on a cell phone. It stated that it was chevron and texaco services. It was prerecorded. I don't have any credit with either. I think it is a scam to get your personal info. Im going to report this calls.

The number made two calls to my home phone but left no message both times.
