Mine showed up in an email from eFax.  If your browser shows the URL when you cursor over a hyperlink, like the download link for the eFax, you'll see that the link goes to something other than eFax.  This is usually a dead giveaway that this is a bogus email.

When I clicked on the link, it tried to get me to install a screensaver.

I also received a fax from this number.  Decided to google it first and nope I won't bother to open it.

I too received one.from this fax number... I couldn't open it and it appeared to be in German..

rec'd an 'incoming fax" however to retrieve it, i have to set up an account.
