To those of you who have posted messages about my calls to your company; allow me to give you some insight about being in business for yourself.  It's obvious that those that have responded with these petty type of complaints online aren't the business owner's.  It's the counter help who instead of working are surfing the internet making frivolous complaints about pettiness.  I have tons of business nationwide that I have set up with my merchant service company that I work through called CardPayment Solutions.  See the comments from a manager within our organization.  It's called Sales Leads & that's what we do when we are prospecting new businesses.  You unfortunately wouldn't know about that because you're counter help for Signarama, and a few other franchises that I call upon.  Too many business owner's have informed me that they've had to fire bookkeepers, employee's etc for stealing from them and our Rate Quotes for merchant services is what shines the light on these types of problems.  So, unless you're one of those employee's that are stealing from your company; then you should not be trying to answer & make decisions for YOUR BOSS.  Remember you're counter help & the person that hired you - hired you to do a job which is to "work for him/her".  So, one day if you obtain enough intellect to work for yourself; then you'll understand the nature of phone sales.  I'm working to make a living.  I'm not on welfare or collecting an unemployment check.  I'm making an honest living working with business owner's - and I have a degree. So, when you get a life and understand what it takes to run a business; then you won't waste your bosses time by surfing the internet and making such bogus statements about something that is not your business!

I just got a call from her with the "Follow Up" line tossed in. I know she has never spoken to the owner because he is not involved with the business operations. I told her that I handle all the business decisions and she told me that was unfortunate and hung up. I called back and she said she was the top person there and I couldnt speak to anyone above her. I will call back 4 times a day until I tire of it. There should be a criminal fine for this type of crap.

She called today asking for the owner for a follow to information they had been discussing. Since the owner has been out of the country for a few months I inquired about it being a follow up call. She said it a follow up because she speaks to many business owners but she hadnt spoken to the owner of this business yet. I aksed how that was a follow up then. She said well you must be the one making the business decissions and that is unfortunate and hung up on me. I was then mad and called the number back and asked for a supervisor. She answered and was very rude about me calling her back and there was no one above her to speak to. I think I will call back 3 times a day for the next week.

Cheryl Grayer has been calling since 3 days about 4 times a days, so today I decided to google the number she gave... She calls and acts like its really important, "can i talk to the owner please", the owner doesn't even know her, so today i asked her please leave a message she said "Im following up on a note he left, He knows what its about"... Im like yea right... Funny though on my caller Id it shows a different number 404-344-9687 and she left this number to call back 678-662-5905..

If this woman calls just go ahead and hang up on her. She has an attitude, it is disguised at first, but just give her a minute and look out. I'm glad she is not my employee!!!  Just read how she responds to the folks who did not want to buy her services.

This woman is relentless and very misleading. She calls on the pretense of renting a vacation property. I even called back and left a message that I sold the property in 2006 and she continues to call. Just hang up on her.

While it may be your job, the reality is that it's an unsolicited sales call.  You have no relationship with our franchise organization.  You can call it a consultation or follow-up (which is basically a lie since it implies a relationship you don't have) or whatever else you want to call it but it is a sales call.  It interrupts the flow of business and it's a great big joke to get on this forum and present yourself as anything other that a salesperson.  You might be one of the top agents - that just means you've interrupted more business owners that any of the other employees/agents there.  Congratulations.  I have shopped all the major card processors and the very best deal came from First Merchant Services.  I've faxed statements to many other processors and most never even get back in touch with me because they won't beat the rate (or not by enough to go through the headache of changing processors.)

Serious financial consequences should be placed on people/companies like you who don't us/ignore the "do not call" lists.

Wow - it amazes me the messages that I see reflecting my name & contact information.  Yes - I do work for CardPayment Solutions as a National Account Executive.  I have been in the merchant service industry for 10 years. I have credentials to prove it.   I was selected as one of the Top Agents of 2009 with CardPayment Solutions, because I work very well doing my job.  I specifically do work with franchise companies & previously worked for First Data which is one of the leading credit card companies in the United States.  Furthermore to any of the (4) Gatekeeper's that have chosen to list a comment regarding my calling to speak with your store owners; common sense will tell you that often times when a company is contacting you that they may be calling from their "land line" & leaving their direct phone # to reach them at.  My job is to consult business owner's about the best savings that they can get in credit card processing & for those that don't like it - then that's their problem.  For those that have made these entries - I wonder if your store owner knows that you're surfing the internet posting "foolishness on google."  I advise you to get a life & pray that your own job security remains intact while you're posting this type of foolishness about me doing my job!

I received the same phone call from Cheryl Grayer that all of the other people have.  She identified herself to my employee and told her it was a follow up call regarding the franchise; not true, don't know her and I have no intention of calling back after seeing your notes.  This is extremely helpful when others write in about this nonsense.  She totally lied to my employee.  Also, the call ID was different than the number she provided, which says L. Smith Grayer.

To the best of my knowledge, this company- CPS, is a credit card processing company.  They call and ask for the owner- if you are the owner they will start to ask questions about your credit card merchant numbers.  

Bottom line- it is a hoax and you should hang up on Cheryl Grayer right away. Her callback number is 679-662-5905
Suspicious since she calls from a different area code and neither is an 800 number.

Cheryl Grayer called our office and asked for owner by name. When asked what company she was calling from, she responed, " It's personal, he'll now what it's regarding." The Owner has no idea who this individual is. Further searched the number and found that it was some sort of telecommunicaton co.
