They call about 5 times a day to both my home and cell number. If I pick up the phone, there is nobody there. If I don't answer, they never leave a message. No idea who they are or what they want but this is really starting to annoy the hell out of me. The number is out of Marietta/Alpharetta GA on the BellSouth Network. That is all I know.

Same thing.  Wanted me to make a payment on a payday loan I didn't take out.  Wanted to know my attorney's name. I told her I would have him call you and asked for their information.  She told me (ebonically) that she didn't have time for this and I was wasting her time.
This is a scumbag debt collector trying to scare you. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION and do not answer their questions.  Ask them to go ahead and "file the papers" . Then ask them if they had ever googled their phone number online???

She immediately hung up.

They just called me with the same b***s***.  They mentioned something about a payday loan.  They also was sending police to pick me up.  Most counties don't call and give a warning if they are picking you up for a warrant.  LOL DUMB.

CALLED SAYING IF I DIDN'T CALL THEM BACK THAT THERE WERE 2 POSSIBLE FELONIES THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED WITH - THERE ARE NO PENDING FELONIES - SAID IF I DID NOT CALL THEM BACK THAT THEY WISHED ME THE BEST OF LUCK - BUT IT WOULD NOT BE FAVORABLE FOR ME... SINCE WHEN DID DEBT COLLECTORS GET THE RIGHT TO SCARE PEOPLE WITH THE THREAT OF FELONY CHARGES?

Called saying we owed a loan and wanted a debit card number or they'd issue a warrant for arrest. Reported to Texas attorney general. They stopped calling once we told them our plans to report.  Gave us the name of USS Services. Fake name and fake website.
