They call me 1-2 times a day... always leave a msg. very rude and hard to understand. no unpaid bills.

i got a call, it showed marietta ga. didnt get to answer it, not even sure why that number called me or how they got my home number.

recieve calls 3-4x/day. usually indian accented person on other line asking for "owner of business" no messages left other than "a personal matter".
who are they & how do you get rid of them?

I constantly receive calls from this number, no one answers and when you call back the phone just rings .... who are these people ???

Just got 2 calls from this number in quick succession.  Picked up both times but no responce.  I have no reason for a collections company to be calling me either.

never answered, they called 2 times, never left a message.  I have no unpaid bills either

This is a criminal collection organization.

Go to their website, IMMEDIATE CREDIT RECOVERY, click "Healthcare", and then click the link to their HIPAA privacy policy.  Read it carefully.  

They have access to ALL of your private medical records if you owe for medical (in addition to every thing else), and are not making any guarantees as to the safety of your private medical information with their corrupt and poorly-trained employees.

This company should be reported to the Attorney General in every state.  If they call you about any medical payment issue, make sure that you report them right away.

Lately i receved phone calls from 770-612-7207; 678-784-1039 too. I don't know how they got my cellphone number. I called back the 678#, no one answer, and then i tried the 770#, a foriegn accent male answered the phone. I asked him why I received some many calls from them. I didn't have any unpaid bills. he said he can remove my # from the calling list. he asked for my # and i gave it to him. the same day i gave out my phone #, i received even more calls from them. i was frustrated about it. so when i see 770# 678# displays in my cellphone, i don't answer it.

Got a call from this # for the 5th time, and they're always asking for Candace.  Is this harrassment if I continue to tell them that Candace is not at this #?

I just received a call from this number asking me questions about a neighbor that I don't even know.  I told the caller I did not know them and he kept asking if I knew how to contact them or if I could give him names of other neighbors who might know them.  The caller had very heavy accent, so it was difficult to understand him.  Also, I am home recupterating from surgery and was very irritated to get to the phone for such a call.

If the only message they left was a first name you couldn't understand, a return phone number, and a reference file number, is that considered "meaningful disclosure" of  >their< identity ?
No company name, no indication what this is in reference to, etc.

Also -- we have a couple of credit cards and the mortgage on our house, but we always pay MORE than the minimum, so we know we do not have any accounts that would have gone to collection. Why would they be calling ?

It is always a call at work or at home, they only leave a message about every 20th call. I have never once been able to understand the "please call back at" number or the file reference number they say due to heavy foreign accent and them speaking very, very fast.

For those of you who sya they have to verify they have the right person before they disclose anything to your roommate, etc...Then why would they call extended family and/or neighbors and tell them they are trying to contact you concerning a debt ??

This is a colletion company that is in clear violation of the Fair Credit Debt Collections Act. They are FALSIFYING who they really are !
I was curious when I started getting calls for my ex husband who is now remarried for several years, from people they apparently owe money to.
On my caller ID, SAXON MORTGAGE shows up with the phone number, (678)784-1039.
If you visit their website, it looks like someone is applying for a mortgage or inquiring about one. At the very bottom of the web page is states, "this is a collection agency" or something to that effect.

This letter is ok for current debts. But if you have someone who is trying to collect on debts that are expired due to statute of limitations, it won't work.
You need to go to www.budhibbs.com where there is a letter there specifically for those trolls trying to collect a debt that is out of date.

they called me today 678-784-1039 and had my right last name and asked if i was related to my husbands brother and wife because they are in debt and are probably having problems with this agency and now they are calling extended family?? who knows, but they asked if we were related and I told them no, becauase we don't talk to them.

This company called me on the one phone that waws listed with the creditor. I told them I would call them back the next day because I owed Amex NO Balance.

Those PIGS called me 11 times each on different cell phone numbers that I never listed with them. How the heck did they get those private unlisted cell phone numbers.  

Then they started calling friends and relatives, how did they get there #'s. Stole a copy off my phone bill?  Sprint couldnt give me any answers.  Sprint said they are in British Columbia, the number they are calling me from and spoke with the people who refuse to cooperate.

I am going to pursue this to a lawsuit.

Good suggestion! Even though the BBB has no law enforcement authority, multiple complaints to the BBB can help persuade a state attorney general to file suit against the offending business.

some people fall under hard times and cannot repay the debt they once were sustaining and paying off because of outsourcing to foreign countries.  half the AMERICANS who once had jobs lost them to people who take their jobs for pennies and then the other half call up for claims.  get a job in your own country!

hello smart guys the collectors work according to FDCPA that means they have to verify the right party, just guess if they dont verify your add and disclose your debts to your colleages or room mates or friends, EMBRASSING isnt it huh, just shut your mouth and co-operate with them and get a resolution towards your debt, guys the simpliest way to do so is to tell them your situtation and they will come up with a solution.                any info regarding collections just comment here i will give you a reply,    turst me i wont charge for it..........

a collector gets paid 50% thats bull s***.. the money goes to the collectoin agency and not the collector, dont blame the agency for your debts. if you dont wanna pay, give it as a refusal to pay THATS IT.

you are all a bunch of losers - how many times have you picked up the phone and dialed a wrong number - it happends people so get over it. If a company has a number on file chances are it was associated w/ that people in the past - in NO way is that harrassment; are for all you people out there who think that companies will forgive you spending $.... if you want forgiveness get religion. and pay your BILL; I missed a payment they called me up I payed it right away- they were not rude at all- helped me get out of collections quickly.
