Keeps calling me saying that I have a claim against me regarding a returned note and that this returned item has been linked to my name and driver license number.  I don't know what they are talking about because I don't write checks or anything else.  They leave a case number.  This is about the third or fourth call I have received from this number and other numbers.

Keeps calling my cell saying I have a credit card that hasn't been paid whwn I've never had one in my life the guys names is Johnathan
