got a call from this number

Call every morning, asking for a person with same first name than me but other last name and company. Annoying.

Showed up on caller ID as Vitelity LLC, a VoIP services.  Didn't leave a message.

Got a call today asking for Pirate Wiliams.  I'm in Canada on I received this on my business line.  Didn't make any sense, the lady (which had an Indian accent) hung up.

thick middle eastern accent called from this number, CID said "private". this usually means it's a company who doesn't want people to know who's calling. they asked for someone who wasn't here (this is a business). i said i was taking her messages but he refused to give me the message and asked for her voicemail. i said it would save me a step as i am relaying all her messages. he said he would just call again later. little does he know i will never put him through whether she's here or not.

I called the number back and got someone with a strong American accent.  I don't remember the company name he gave but *HE* said that it *was* their number but that some telemarketer was using it as their call-display number.  Sorta like spoofing a reply-to SPAM email.  True or not I was suprised as all get-out that someone picked up!

Just received one. Based on other similar phone calls from different numbers, it's a safe bet that they are  software vendors testing their telemarketing systems before they sell it to actual telemarketing agencies out there. Telemarketers need tools to contact us and they're providing a lucrative business for mom and pop software vendors. Ethics sure gets cloudy when money is involved.

I answered but no response then they hung up, CID also said Vitelity LLC.

The caller from that number left a message, saying his name is Jeremy from All Coverage.

Just got a call.  Didnt answer because I dont do business with anyone outside the NYC area codes.  
The area code is for Atlanta GA...no message was left. Hopefully it was the wrong number, but I will definitely not call it back, nor pick it up if they call again.

Got a call from this number yesterday - Caller ID said it was from Vitelity LLC. They asked for me by name. When I confirmed that I was that person, they said, "Oh, you must be a different (my name), chuckled and hung up.

Caller (who barely spoke English) said she was from "Impact."  TBNT!!!!!!!!!
