I've received 5 of these calls in the past 24 hours from 5 different numbers. Each time, only a city is identified as the origin of the call. If I answer no one responds. If I don't, the caller leaves no message. If I call the number back, I get a recording saying "the mailbox is not taking messages at this time" or "the mailbox is full". Please NAIL these SOB's!

I've gotten five calls as well - one from this number, two from 360-552-4264, one from 402-817-3767 and one from 919-521-8837

No one answers at ALL when I pick up and it's getting really F***ing annoying. I wish they'd stop calling my cellphone!

I gotta call from this 678-855-6959 number yesterday at 5pm at 4:59pm EST.

I didn't pick up.  They left no mesage and when I call back i get a message that the voice box is full!

This person has called 6 times today, its really pissing me off i do know its a cell phone so i texted them. It is from Atlanta Georgia. I went to whitepages.com

I also get this call on my cell ... so I use skype, no charge anywhere in the US... tried to text them and get no respond...

Every time you get a call from these 2 tel numbers, 360-552-4264 and 678-855-6959, you are charge for it or it will cost you some minutes... I call my phone provider and they could not do anything about it. For the phone provider, it benefits them specially if your plan does not have a lot of minutes and you keep receiving these type of calls. Wonder who is behind these calls...

678-855-6959 these f***ers keep calling 3 or more times every day and say nothing the ask for me by name how did they get my name and number who are they they need to be stopped

This number keeps calling me too!  It's wierd!  When I answer, they just hang up.  They don't leave a VM either.  Maybe they'll give up!

678-855-6959 belongs to Broadwing Communications in Atlanta, GA, who was acquired by Level 3 Communications. Level 3 indicates this number is part of a VOIP pooled number (a group of numbers sold to one account holder), sold thru a reseller, with very little information as to who exactly owns the number.  There's no company info, no URL address call back on it, and no other identifying info.  Place an online complaint with FCC and e-mail Level 3 at abuse@level3.com.  Hopefully, they'll investigate and shut down the number.

Got a call this morning.

a**holes have called 3 times today.. but nobody on the other end the first two times.. just "hold" music.

Then the last time, a really, really, really black chick was laughing when I answered.   I said "f***ing speak! you've called me three times today!"  then she hung up.

lol.. I have been getting these calls every day. it got to the point where i picked up and still cussed them out hoping someone would hear me..by reading these responses i guess there is nothing i can do. I am already on the national do not call list also

I am also registered on the Do Not Call Registry so I don't know why I got this phone call either. Both land line and cell phone are on the Do Not Call Registry! Thanks for the tip and I will contact the donotcall.gov/complaint and let them know about this number.

I dont know who this person is calling but when I tried to call back I got a "mailbox is full and cannot leave a message" This has happened to me a couple of times but I never really thought anything of it till I came here and looked at the phone number. At least I know its not onw friends messing with me, lol. Does anyone know how we can  get a hold of these people that are calling us? Obviously the number they are calling from is unreachable. Yes, I have put my number on the do not call registry. We need to know how we can get rid of this person who is calling us. If anyone knows please give me a heads up because I would love to rip someone a new b****ole, thanks

I received 3 calls today from 678-855-6959 to my cell phone.  When I pick up they hang up and when I call back the recoding states mail box is full.

Weird... I am going to spam this number in skype to see how they like it! They have been bugging me at least once a day... So maybe 50 calls back!?

IN the absence of a much needed application that hangs up on numbers like this when you check a box in your contact list I have started adding these numbers to my contact list with a title of Do Not Call 1, 2, 3 etc. I assign them all the same ring tone and just don't answer the calls with that tone .

Here's an idea people: DO NOT ANSWER!!!  They will call three times in one day, if you never answer, they assume your number is not valid and never call back. If you do answer, they know they have a valid number that they can sell to a thousand different other telemarketer's. I am sure that is their only goal-to get a valid phone number to sell.

I never, ever answer a number I don't know, and haven't had this problem more than twice. STOP ANSWERING NUMBERS YOU DON'T KNOW!!! Who cares how they got your number, just don't confirm to them that it's a valid number!  Jeez!!!

I'm getting calls from this number too, and my phone is with Sprint.  Could it be that this number (678-855-6959) calling is because we are on Sprint?

i know what ya mean i have got calls about every 2 hours today and everytime from a different number but the same thing no message wont speak and mail box is full!! what the hell they need to stop this bs!  WE HAVE BETTER THINGS TO DO WITH OUR TIME THAN DEAL WITH THIS I KNOW YOU AGREE.
