Dude, you seriously need medical or psychiatric help.. This thread isnt about you not being able to sell cars, its about annoying, harrassing phone calls that NO ONE wants. FYI if you dont like assisting someone in their descision making process in buying a car, then go flip burgers or something, The car business isnt for you.

These b****oles called me today (1-9-14), didn't leave a message (I didn't answer). I didn't even HAVE my car serviced recently....patiently waiting for them to call back...I am NOT a pleasant dude (which they will know by the end of the call). Being a telemarketer myself, I enjoy the challenge of pissing them off.

Got maintanence at DeLand Kia and this number has been calling several times per day/evening since! ANNOYING
Dan 2013-06-15 14:59:37 Unknown
I got the call today for the same Kia service information. I believe this "Advantage Plus" company that calls me is simply someone to see if I'll answer the call. The lady knew my name also. They're just going to sell your number to solicitors.

i am on the state and federal no-call list. this company persistently calls. i screen my calls and don't pick up. no message is ever left.

They call me everyday, when I'm at school, so I can't answer it. But seeing from the posts, it's a car dealership. Especially seeing that all these are from Daytona Toyota, I don't see how they have my number. My mom and dad both have Toyotas, but they have never gotten my number unless they may have gotten it from the mall where you are able to win a car. I don't know but it's really getting annoying.

Got a Flyer in the mail, a Car Dealer was giving away 15 "Golden Dollars" (This is a rare case where I LIKE getting these kinds of "Junk" Mail, as the car Dealers in my area give away Target and Wal-Mart Cards, along with "Golden" and Susan B. Anthony Dollars as an enticement to look at their cars). I go to the dealer, get my Card (Or Dollars) and use them to purchase Toys, which are donated to various charities a Christmastime. One of them probably put me on this Telemarketers List, oh well, I just ignore it.
PS. This year alone I have accumulated enough Golden and Susan B. Anthony Dollars from these Dealers to purchase FIVE Toy Trucks from my local HESS Gas Station! :)

Keep getting text messages from this number always asking am I a male or female, where do I live and that my number was in their phone. I never respond but they just keep on texting and asking the same questions over and over and over again. Its annoying.

When this company calls a customer from a Dealership, regarding their service. The Caller has no way of knowning what the number is that they are calling. They could reach Santa Claus for all they know. All the Caller can do is take the number out, so that it won't be called on again, when the customer takes the vehicle back in for service.
Evan 2012-05-10 13:28:23 Unknown
The Nuremberg defense appears yet again. Unwanted phone calls are precisely that. Anyone making such calls will take what they get. If the service provided to me is not up to scratch they will know all about it long before they have time to look up my number.
Unknown 2012-05-10 13:10:12 Unknown
Even though you are on the DNC list, that does not pertain to your local business that you are a customer of. These surveys are helpful to the Dealership and manufacturers to make sure you are getting the best service possible. When you do receive a call like this, and you answer it, remember that there is a human on the other end of the phone that is just trying to make a living, to feed and take care of their families. If you don't want to be on our call list, tell them in a nice way, not snotty like a lot of people do. People who snub the surveys, are usually the first ones to complain when service doesn't go as planned. Like voting. If you don't participate, you aren't entitled to an opinion.
Unknown 2012-05-10 13:03:39 Unknown
Some Call Centers have a protocol that they follow. They are to try a few times, and then if they have not reached the customer, they are to leave a message.
Unknown 2012-05-09 22:32:59 Unknown
Just a quick note. If you are on the DNC List that does not pertain to people who are customers of the Dealership. Your comments are critical to making sure that the Dealerships are treating their customers they way that the Manufacturers want them to. Also, filling out the manufacturers survey does help the them to help the Dealerships to improve and expand.

Purchased a new car from Daytona Toyota last week - Googled the number that keeps calling me and saw this site.
I'll answer next time and tell them about Monica at Daytona Toyota who gave me the best online deal that none of my local dealers could beat. Then I'll tell them how much I LOVE having a lifetime warranty on my new TOYOTA and how much I appreciate having FREE LIFETIME oil changes.
I live almost 150 miles away from Daytona toyota and drove all that way for the deal and the lifetime stuff. I would have answered if I'd have known it was a satisfaction survey. I'm the poster child for satisfaction! Loving my new yoda! Ahhhhh!

Do not own a car. Have not had a car serviced. These people have called me at 5am on several mornings. I just called them back and left a message telling them in no uncertain terms that if they call me again I will take action against them. This can't be a legitimate service if they're randomly calling someone who has no car!

Same as everyone else, I was inquiring about a car at a Nissan dealership near my house, made the mistake of giving them my number, now Atlanta, GA calls every day. I answered and got a human "Hello?" however I was at work. Gotta love dealers who throw your info in every damn direction.

i did answer this call from 678-891-0004 but the lady couldn't pronouce my name and i said i was working and cuoldn't speak. i recently had work done on my vehicle and after reading previous posts, i'm sure that's what this was about. the dealership does have my cell number - is they call again i will get more information and will probably answer their questions.
Olivia 2012-02-22 19:39:24 Unknown
I had a missed call from 678-891-0004, because I do not answer unknown #'s. There was no voicemail left, but my first action is to always Google that said #. Everyone's responses about it being a survey sounds more legit. I got my KIA serviced at the dealership only yesterday, sooo.....
Leah 2012-01-11 16:56:18 Unknown
please stop calling me, I don't know who you are, and you don't leave a message.
lynda 2011-10-24 22:19:27 Unknown
How can we stop these nuts!
Frustrated 2011-10-07 17:47:45 Unknown
For all unwanted call on your cell phones, place DO NOT ANSWER in for all unwanted numbers that come in, and then when you come in you know that is what it is and just ignore them, and delete the number.

My husband and I both have cars purchased from Daytona Toyota, everytime we have our cars serviced they call. I'm ok with providing feedback, however, I'm not ok with being constantly harassed morning, noon, and night until I answer their call.

unsolicited call
HH 2011-06-06 20:54:03 Unknown
This is annoying getting personal phone calls while i'm at work.
I just ignored it, if they don't leave a vm, it's not important.
Kelli 2011-06-06 20:54:03 Unknown
I bought a car on Wednesday, received 4 calls (no messages) since then (it's Friday). I even told the car dealership that I'm on the Nat'l Do Not Call list and don't want solicitation. Apparently, that's exactly what they are doing.
I regretfully called back - It's Advantage Plus. Left a message saying on the Nat'l DNC list & take my number off or they'll be fined $11,000.
Unfortunately, once you give your phone #s to any company, they can (and will) sell your numbers to whatever companies they're affiliated with.

I received this call while awaiting a return call from KIA in reference to the poor service I received attempting to have warranty work. The caller, a surly man, initially gave me the impression that he was calling from the Kia dealer, but actually is conducting a survey. When it became obvious that I was unhappy with the unreasonable charges to have warranty work performed he became surly and gave me the impression that he wasn't interested in my negative comments about the dealer.
I would suggest don't bother talking to them. I think they are hired to conduct these surveys so the company can have positive ratings to use for advertising purposes. When the comments are not positive then the "J.D. Powers" line can't be used and the survey company becomes useless.
The area code comes up to Atlanta GA. by the way.

no message. called yesterday, it's a georgia number. i recently had my car repaired by not by a major dealership. i never pick up numbers i don't know, especially from out of state. i get so many calls now from putting out resumes online, and trying to find work. it's hard to tell one scam from the next anymore.
