Some woman who sounded like she was on drugs or sounded like she was drunk called my number on June 5th, 2012 at 9:49pm and left a message saying "my son said that you guys should smarten the f**k up" and then hung up the phone.

The same person Ben Holcomb called me as well and now charged my credit card again for another amount.... What is with this person... he gave a phone number that he could be reached at 855-523-6986, I called it and a woman answered saying customer service I asked for extention number 12192 and Ben came on the line, a few days later I have a charge of 736.60 on my credit card for www.nextdaddy.com I called the credit card company and cancelled my credit card

Ben Holcomb called stating he was with the Burdon Relief Program, representing the Abner Quality Dept. the call was made on a cell phone 678 814 4554, He had Vyco Direct inforormation in front of him regarding how I had been charged $995.00, but never recieved the  service that was promised to me, he could get me back $300.00 refund but ask about my credit card names and numbers but he was very much aware of my experation date and wanted to know the new date. he called at 8:30 P.M. and was very demanding that I leave the phone and get my cards and read them off to him. I finally was tired of his unconvincing sales talk and told him the bank has already told me when in doubt to call the, Ben wanted to get insulted, saying the banks did not tell me it was there fault that I had been swindled because they made the payment to Vyco, I then told him that he was the real  swindler, thats when he was very happy to end the conversation. It has been 14 month later and they are still trying to swindle the same person under the same credit card number, How Sad!

This company caller is using our company name and toll free numbers - and charging their card under mysales-help.com discriptor.  We have located the perp and forwarding all our research to authorities to handle the problem.  Our companies are not affiliated with this company.

I receive a call every single day from this num. in my caller ID appears as VYCO DIRECT, When I answer, no one is there. is really annoying.
I don't know what to do.

I also got a call from this number many many times with no one on the line.  I went to the website listed above and called the number shown on the site, and spoke with someone who assured me she would take my call off of their call list.  Keeping my fingers crossed that it actually works!

My credit card statement shows that i have spent US$ 165 by purchasing something from "MYSALES-HELP.COM".  I have immediately called the bank to cancel my credit card.  I have NOT purchased anything from them, beside i DO NOT even know this company/organisation.  This is a pure act of fraudulent CCard activity/theft!!!  Could you please kindly advise what steps i can take to sue these sick people.  On my side i have already filed a case with the Cyber Police in Mauritius.

Fax them a legal notice to remove your contact information from their calling lists, if they do not respond to you within 7 days (i believe). sue them for 12 thousand dollars, which is the cost of the FCC fine for failure to comply with the do not call list.

I recieved a call from a company called Vyco Direct..there service was unbelievable. they lowered my rates and saved me over 8,000 dollars in interest and finiance charges. you should try them. they have an a rating with the BBB!!! Wow!

When I received a call from this company, I was initially very sceptical to divulge my personal information eventhough I new in my mind that I needed the help the rep was offering. I finally made the decision to give them a trial, and that has been one of the best decisions I have made lately. I spoke to different reps and they were all very courteous and professional. I remain very pleased with the outcome of the call, and would advise you people out there to stop tearing down enterpreneurship just to give a dog a bad name. Let's allow individuals who need help to get the help they need.

Call about 5 times daily asking for my husband.  If he is not available, I get hung up on.  I called a main number (678-903-0877) to ask to be taken off their call list because I am not interested in their service and not I have gotten 4 calls today from this number with no one talking, just getting hung up on.  It is getting really frustrating.  Especially at 9:00 pm.

I get called by this number at least twice each day today was at 10:57 and the other was at 11:03. This has been taking place everyday for the past couple of weeks

Same story... we qualify to reduce our interest rates, they can negotiate on my behalf.  She told me that she has ALL our financial information; our credit reports, loan balances, etc.  When she asked me to identify how much my credit card balance was- I told her that if she had all the information- she should have that information, that I wouldn't give it to her.  I asked her what company she was calling from, she said, "I represent your Visa & Mastercard companies"  Then she said that she had gotten my information from my banks because of our excellent payment history, so that will enable them to help reduce our interest rates.  I asked her who pays her- the company name- "Vyco Direct", she answered.  Then she suggested that I look the company up on the BBB web site, on that site it did say that they had an "A" rating, but the rating was given just 20 days ago... However, before I looked up the BBB, I Google'd "Vyco Direct" and found this site, saw the report that they had an "F" rating, and someone saying that they were a scam... etc, etc... I told her that & she hung up on me!  Before the phone disconnected I asked to be taken off the call list.  The gal must have hear me because, she called me back!  She apologized saying that she thought that I was going to hang up on her first! I told her that I wanted off her list.  IF I hear back from them I will call to report the company for violating the Federal Do Not Call list rules.

I received a call from them this morning.  They were not rude but he did finally hang up when i pressured him more on who they were.  he said i could check them out on www.vycodirect.com - obivously when i got to the computer nothing pulled up but this website!

I received a call today at work!  I asked the caller to identify themselves and how they got my personal information.  I was very concerned because they had everything including my total credit card balances.  They said they were authorized to negotiate on my behalf.  I kept thinking it was too good to be true...I asked if I could call them back and go the manager- I told him I had already spent to long on the call so I would contact them or if they could send something in writing first to me.  But he did not listen to what I had to say and wanted me to authorize $199 on my credit card.  I told him I would not until I got something and he basically said I was studid for continuing to pay higher interest rates to the credit card companies when his company Vyco Direct (Atlanta, Georgia) could save me $2500. He still did not want to listen so I finally hung up on him!  I hope he doesn't call back. The people I spoke to said their names were Lisa Davis, Johnny Davis, Hope (something) and I think the last was John Marquee.  I was so mad and frustrated with the number of people I was transferred to and the time I had to spend.  I didn't want to be rude and hang up but Mr. Marquee was so arrogant and did not listen to me that I had to hang up. I hope someone can stop these people!
