cruise phony survey

i got the same calll.. like an idiot i am i went along with it..

It was to take a survey to win 2 free tickets to a cruise to Nassau Bahamas.  I answered the 10 questioned that were geared toward the national health care system and then it disconnected me when it was supposed to connect me to a opperator.

This number came up on my home phone

i too received one of these phone calls today the operator came from an unknown number i too fell for it but only got as far as them hanging up and i know when it sounds to good to be true usually is. it just shows still suckers like us about.

I got the same call...did the survey got the login got the confirmation number. Only problem is I live in Oregon and the cruise is only for 2 days and departs from Florida. That's a lot of airfare for a 2-day cruise...don't think I'll go, but I did get the travel voucher! :-)

I recently got one of these calls at my workplace.  I processed the stupid survey (answering wrong for each one) and then was put over to an operator.  The very second I asked "What company is this?" they hung up on me.

basically... i wouldnt trust them... they just trick you into to talking polls because they work for companies that want to know what the current trend is.. They trick you into to taking these polls... and then they foward this information to companies... these companies pay the people that r givin u the survey.. I highly doubt you'll get your tickets.. but once you give them ur nmber they will continue to call you throughout the year for more polls so they can see what trends are popular for marketers of other companies.. I hope this helps-nothing comes for free so i woulds believe it.. u ight end up payin more money if you actually register for the cruise,... good luck!

I received the same call.. this is the correct website... read what it says in small print on the left under all subjects:(Home, Services, Solutions, Rewards, Contact us)  Once you give them your number you give them permission to call you throughout the year to take surveys and supposedly you win rewards.. Told me to answer a quick survey and I would win free cruise to the Bahamas.  They said go on www.surveyrewards.com type your phone number and zip code in the bottom right hand corner to claim your tickets.  No such thing is there. I have been waiting all night!

just got same call re: Bahamas cruise. of course it is a scam. I must tell you though that I just got digital phone from Time Warner Cable. This is our provider for internet, phone and cable. I have already gotten several calls from companies. The cable company sold my phone number to these people. I will be looking into this when the cable company opens tomorrow.

I wont to know why I don't see were to enter my phone number and zip code at I have 24 hours to got it done to got my tickets

Just made a post and did some more checking....you may get the tickets but you will end up paying more than if you booked the trip yourself...check out this website

Actually got a followup call from a REAL person... no prerecorded message about some website.  The lady told me after she activated the account I only had 24 hours to make all the decisions and since the fiance is out of town she gave me her personal number and a work schedule along with her name Leslie Harris and her employee number so that I wouldn't have any problems reaching her and told me she wouldn't activate it until I contacted her. She also told me that the cruise is from anywhere from 2-4 people.  Has anyone else got a call from a REAL person like this???

I ALSO GOT A CALL AT WORK FROM # PROMISING A CRUISE FOR 2 AND A REMINDER CALL TODAY TO GO ON LINE AND REGISTER.

if these lying people do not keep calling me bwith there bogus tickets
i wonder if there is a way we couild sue and make these people actully fork over these tickets if anyone out ther knows email me

I recieved a call about 2 free cruise tickets in exchange for a 10 question survey. It was bull. Where are my tickets? What company is up this because it's false advertisement.

I got a call telling me to view the cruise ship that I would be going to the Bahamas on. when I looked up the information it was nothig there. I got two calls the last one told me I had only 24 hours left to claim my tickets.The call was from a wireless number.

I got a call from 1800 519 7502 when you call them they will tell you all about the trip. Sounds too fishy to me to continue. Usually the Too-good-to-be-true deal is just that. They say that "all you have to pay" is the airline tickets and the foreign fee. I'd rather just not do anything scandalous.

There's no free cruise

Just like the above names I too received a call from the Atlanta,Ga. area stating that I would get 2 tickets to the Bahamas just for answering 10 impersonal questions.  But the telephone # was 404-449-7586.  Ha! Ha! Ha!

I also got this call yesterday to anwser 10 questions and I would receive the same thing as you. I called back and got the same message as you. Who is this?? They called today and it was a recording reminding me to go the the web site yoursurveyrewards.com. I found nothing.How can they get away with this??? It is an Alanta area code.
