So Its a vary nice way to provide a financial support to a needy person. I have got  $12,000 from the FDA southern eastern regional office Atlanta GA in just 5 hours. I am very happy to see this amount in my hand for my help.
I would like to thank that person who provide me this money and i got this money in Christmas so now i can enjoy my Christmas now .

I just got one of these calls today while I was at work.  I told him I haven't taken bc pills sincethe 80's he asked how old I was.  How did he get my number he wouldn't tell me.  It was creepy.   I hung up.

i just recieved a call from a this number.. they called 3 times "unavailable" i answered the first two call no one said anything on this first but it was a man laughing on the second call. I recieved a voice mail message from a man say he was calling from the IRS saying the i had a income tax check in the amount of 2173 dollars but i had to call this number to recieve it. I knew something was up because tha IRS doesnt contact anyone! especially about giving someone money. they just send it out to you. these ppl are getting out of control!!!!!!

I too keep getting these calls from an unlisted number, at least one or two in the last four months, by individuals with heavy accents in a call center-type background noise who claim to work for the HHS Medical Compensation office.  They keep telling me that I'm listed in a list of recepients due compensation from a defective vaginal mesh product of $7,300/month.  Of course, they wanted me to buy a green dot card, or Vanilla Reloadable Paypal card, and put $75 for a security clearance fee so Bank of America can check my security (?) clearance to receive this payment.   I asked why I would have to pay for money due to me, and when I pushed him for more information, he gave me your information as to what office he was calling from: HHS Office, Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, and then he said I should call back:678-995-7643, and ask for Stephen Martin (which I checked the HHS directory and there are several) with my confirmation number from the Green Dot Cart number.

I think this is definitely a scam, but of particular concern to me are the following details he knew about me:
  1. They knew my age when I had my operation
  2. They knew my home address and email address
  3. They knew I'm currently seeking legal assistance and was listed as part of the large class action suit going on against the vaginal mesh manufacturers, I guess that's how they get their information...

I've called my lawyer, sent an email to the HHS Regional Health Administrator, RADM Clara H. Cobb, MSN and will call later my local FBI agency and reporting these scammers, I've had it with their calls!!!...

do not give any money to these people. I fell for their scam and now I am broke. They really had me convinced that I was due compensation and would receive it. I now need to change my bank account and get a new atm card due to these a***oles. I wish I would have looked up the number first and saw all that was posted about these idiots. Someone needs to do something about there scam. I would if I new what to do.

Very rude!  I would like to file a report to have them shut down!  I keep getting calls while at work and it will eventually cost me my job!

I repeatedly receive calls from a number that says "No Caller ID."  Everytime I answer the phone an Indian man with a heavy accent tells me he is calling from the Medical Compensation Department, funny because he is calling from a cell phone from his car (I can hear the background noise in the car).  Anyway, he tells me the State of Louisiana Health Department gave him my information.  He did have more information about me than I would have liked.  I am not sure how he obtained it, but I would really like to know who illegally gave him my information without my consent.  I am listed on the Do Not Call registry and should not be receiving any of these calls.  He also has my home telephone number.  If I wanted medical compensation from taking Yaz, I would have contacted a lawyer on my own accord, not give someone my information over the phone.  How stupid do these people think we are?  I am so sick of getting these phone calls!  I have no interest in what they are doing and regardless of how many times I asked the politely and then very rudely to stop calling me, they continue to call.  I told them I was getting a lawyer to sue both them and the State Health Department for giving them my information, didn't work, they still call.How do you block a number that does not show the number?  I have blocked all numbers to my cell phone that come across as blocked, but No Caller Id still comes through.

guy with indian accent said his name and he was was from the IRS and i have money coming for me from the year 2001.  i hung up and didnt listen to the rest i knew it had to be a scam.  the number he gave was 6768-995-7643

One important thing to remember if these losers have any of your personal information such as your social security number, date of birth or drivers license make sure you register with identity protection notify the credit agencies as well as your banks!! You might want to put a fraud alert on your credit also..

I have received a call from this number repeatedly, I faked him out a couple of times and he still seemed urgent and demanding. I told him to call back this Saturday when I would have the available funds. He said I needed at least 60-70$ put on that card in order to receive 7500$. If you can report this number to the police as many times as possible and they can maybe put a stop to it. I have talked to several people on this line one an Indian male with an accent and another one with no accent. I have reported to my bank that they have some how came with my bank info which I did not give out. I asked why they didn't just send us a check in the mail and they said they have electronicall device inputs.

These fools called me Friday and again today.  They tried to tell me I was eligible for payout of $7500 for BC pills I took in 2002 (how they hell they know what I took/didn't take, I don't know).  Then they wanted to know how I'd like to receive it - via my bank account, savings account, credit card, debit card, etc.  I told him I wanted his phone number and an address I could Google to verify the validity of his company, because it seemed to me if I was truly receiving a payout for a medical mishap, I would a) get a check to show proof of payment and b) have to sign some kind of release for it.  He gave me an address in Atlanta - 6060 #8 Street NE, Atlanta GA and the number (678) 995-7643, ext. 141.  There is no way I'd hand over my banking info to some lunatic who rattles at me in broken English that I can barely understand and have to repeatedly ask the same questions just to figure out why he's calling.  What they're doing is CRIMINAL.  What I don't understand is why no one can track them down and put a stop to it.

these damn scamming immigrants call me all day about the same thing, birth control. I lied and said I took them just to see what they wanted, and they promised me medical compensation. First of all the b*****ds told me he was transferring cal but really just handed it over to the person standing next too him. This is totally a scam because these are the same group of immigrants that called me before about my computer back up, so when I told them I didn't have a computer they started calling me with the birth control scam, I curse them out so bad everytime they call you would think they would catch the clue but they don't.

Same story about birth control pills  that I took many years ago (allegedly). Based on Information provided to them by the NY State Health department (!!!). And, again, about  money compensation... Very heavy Indian accent. When I called that tel.number and ask one of them what is that company name, i got very high intensity description of who I f---ing am.  (With accent!).

You are absolutely correct that this is a scam.  The request for a green dot money card is the sure sign this is just another of the various advance fee scams out there.  If you are due medical compensation as a result of a class action law suit, you receive a check in the mail and never have to pay any kind of fees to receive your compensation.  Yours is actually the first report for this scam reported under numerous numbers that actually identifies what the scam is. Thank you for posting that bit of information.

This person has called me at least 8 times. I have asked him not to call back. He gets offended because I can not understand his thick Indian accent. Today he hung up on me and told me he didn't have time to talk to someone who couldn't understand him.

I am sick of this individual calling telling me I may be eligible for medical compensation.

Sick to death of his calls. He says he's calling for a company named Medical Compensation of SC, but he's located in Atlanta, GA. When I do a reverse lookup, I see he is with YMax Communications. When I called back it told me the Magic Jack customer was not available.

I keep getting calls from a unavailable number talking about birth control pills as well and a promised 7200 compensation for it but they wanted me to buy a green dot card and put money on it for the bank fees of processing fees I asked why I would have to pay for that if money was promised just take it outta the money promised he got demanding and rude he tried to get me to rush and get the card his eastern accent was so strong I couldn't hardly understand him he gave me the 678 number and said it was his managers number .... I think definitely a scam!

The person who called is John Martin when I asked.  The caller ID shows "unavailable" number, but I asked him his number.  When I am done, I called the number above, no answer.

while trying what this call is about, my cell phone rang. I saw the number same as above and pick it up.  But, there was no talking.  I hung up.  Then, my cell phone rang.  The same thing happened. no talking.

This man was talking about birth control pills that I took 12 years ago and he said he was working for medical compensation departmnet in CA.  He asked me what brand the pill was and side effects I suffered from, etc.
