I AM GOING TO CHANGE MY NUMBER

They have been calling me 3 x per day for the last 4 years.  I have tried everything except changing my phone number.

Received a call 210-280-8487 San Antonio Texas MCIMETRO, ATS, INC with no one on the line, dial tone followed within seconds another call from 206-701-0285, also MCIMETRO, ATS, INC - No one on line only dial tone!

They're also operating out of Covina, CA. The listing shows a Google satellite view of the building. Have a friend who lives out there- might sweet-talk a Covina cop into having a little visit if I have time.

Call from TEXAS at 7:45 pm. Didn't answer, they left no message on machine.

got a call from this number and no one was on the other end.  No acknowledgement from my challanges.

the best way to get these people to stop calling is never answer the phone.. if its someone that knows you? they will call your cellphone.. if you have and answering machine? i noticed they will keep calling if the answering machine is on, but when you turn your machine off, the calls become less to almost none.. its a machine that keeps calling and if they get anyone or anything to answer? they will keep calling. if anyone whants they can copy and paste this post anywhere they have numbers harrasing people. so everyone know how to handle these creeps..

I'm in CA and just received a call from them. Caller ID just dais Texas. They said they were from Kid's make a wish foundation and asked if I could donate, I asked for their website, he gave me one and then put me on hold to make a 'donation' just long enough to google the number to find out that they are NOT legit!!! Anyone who gets a call from them, rip them a new one! I did call back, got a machine that transferred me to a person who just said "hello?". No formal introduction. Don't trust them.

claim to be the Childrens Wish network and told me my wifes name and that she has helped in the past and they wanted help for christmas. funny thing is wife has never helped these people,by her own admission, we don't help charities over the phone. It is too easy to be scammed.
Asked to be removed from the list and informewd her that the call has been reported to the don't call regestiry and I was ntold that they are exempt and the woman hung up, some charity.

9 pm calls then hangs up

Getting calls like posts above; asked to be remove when I called back - took a few days for someone to answer; claim to be call center out of Ohio and make calls for various charities; I see if this works

Someone called from this number just before 8pm.  They hung up when I answered.

These people called and woke me up last night. Next time they call I am going to blow a whistle into the phone like we used to do to the obscene phone callers  back in the days before caller ID.

This is a bogus scam artist.  Uses multiple company names if you can get a hold of someone..  Trying to get people to send money to them for various things; direct tv, kids wish list, state troopers are all listed from prior bloggers for this same number within the last month.

Getting many many many calls a day from this number. Apparently, they don't know after one call it's considered harassment ! Bang, bang... Make my day you collection idiots!!

it's not them i donate to kids wish n they told me i havent donated,, set off a red flag, when i told them let me check my bank they hung up, i tried to call them back verizon auto System says # dont exist,, go ahead if u still have the # call them.. also i talked to kids wish i,m a legit  as i say  member, n they checking on these people i told them  tell the FBI or who ever when they catch them dont give them a slap on the hand,THATS WHY THEY DO IT A SLAP ON THE HAND, id tell themTHE bad people look ive seen JESUS , WhaT YOUR DOING IS TOTALLY AGAINSt  GOD # 1citizen  COMMAND ,.,==''LOVE, THY NEIGHBOR AS THYSELF'' N ID TELL THEM JESUS APPEARED 2 ME IN APRIL 1998,, SO HEAVEN N HELL IS REAL,, STOP PLAYING WTH FIRE..

I called this number back and it says "not in service". If it's not in service then how are they calling me?  Can we say scam!

I just got a call from that number we live in Alabama and we have filled out stuff on Monster.com also maybe that is one way they are getting our phone numbers. I did not answer because I did not know the number and I looked it up and found it on here.

If you are in Vermont contact this phone number from the Attorney Generals Office.  It is for Consumer Complaints.  They handle scams and fraud complaints.  802-656-3183.  Additionally you will want to contact the Office of the Attorney General in Texas.  The number is 512-463-2007.  The child wish or kid wish donation is a scam.  I contacted the Arlington Texas Police Department as well.  You might want to do the same.  Good Luck!
