Add me to the list of people who have also received threatening email about having an arrest warrant for me and so on and so forth.

I just got this email about an arrest warrant being issued in my name. The case number listed is ADR59842. Who the hell are these people? Whoever issued this warrant didn't even put my name on it. I thought warrants were issued in person, not through the e-mail. Can anyone explain what the heck is going on?

got the same arrest warrant issued for me   from this Neal Johnson  with a phone number of 682 841 6205 who are these people and I have never heard of a person warning you of an arrest warrant  How legit are these people

Got the same email but it said that I must contact state attorney General Neal Johnson with case no.ADR59333 for theft by deception

I received an email from an neal Johnson, Case No. ADR59842, same phone number as everyone on this post.

Funny same claim number was emailed to me. Cali exchange. In looking at the email, it was from AOL address. I sincerely doubt that someone claiming to represent US District Court or State Attorney's Office would be using an AOL email.

Got an email with case number ADR 59132 stating it was from United States District Court with an email address hudson.law2@aol.com. The email stating that I have warrant out for my arrest and can be avoided if it was paid with a green dot money pak. He say he was with the state investigator.

just received an e mail from soemone named franklin J Hamilton claiming to be an attorney.  by the way they call my phone and never leave a message.  The message states they have an arrest warrant in my name...goiong to turn over to authorities

I've gotten threatening emails and phone calls from these people. They continue to claim I've committed fraud and they've put a warrant out for my arrest. Some how they got my employers number and started calling there, luckily a coworker told them I'm not allowed personal calls and they are harassing me doing so!! Does anyone have ideas on how to make this stop???

I got an email from William Lawyers also with same case number ADR 59832 with same phone number 682-841-6205.Accusing me of theft?!?!? These people are SCAMMERS and what theses people are doing is AGAINST THE LAW!!  

I got an email from William Lawyers also with a case number ADR 59832 with a 682-841-6205 accusing me of money laundering and that a warrant will be issued.  Someone should issue one to these jerks who send out this bogus crap to scare people into paying a scam. If I move I update my address if you want to send me a bill do so but this is ridiculous and it should be a crime to do this to people.

I got the same number ADR 58932.  This has to be a scam.  Called and made very threatening message.  Telling me I was going to be arrested

Received the same email and have been doing some research.  My attachment said  Case no. ADR 59832 which is the same case number others received from a California exchange number.  Mine is from Texas.  Should't there be different case numbers especially in differen't states..lol. Big scam.

I have just dealt with the same emails and phone calls. I luckily had a very loving boyfriend who would not let me pay them and instead researched all about debt collectors and what the laws are concerning the matter. Anyone who is dealing with this needs to go to www.nolo.com and do research. It lets you know that there is a Supreme Court law prohibiting any debt collector from threatening anyone with arrest and/or jail time if they do not pay that day or in an or hour or so. If they do get someone they need to contact a FDC lawyer to let them know that they are being harassed from a debt collector and who it is. So in a few short words what they are doing to unsuspecting citizens is "AGAINST THE LAW"!!!!!!!!!!

this is happening to me also! receieved calls and an email.  Also got one from a  company in New Jersey.

same email, making threats. saying I have a warrant out for my arrest. That they are coming either to my home or my job, This has been going on for a couple of weeks and it needs to stop. If they're aren't calling my phone, they call my job and now the emails!!! any ideas??

I am now recieving threaten e mails they claimes they have a warrant aganist my name and they said they are from the texas fbi. they claimed i need to settle the debt. when they called they are always threatening. this needs to stop now. with all the spies everywhere espically on the interenet they should stop these scammers. there is no need for citizens being treated like this.
