Annoyance calls.  Frequent.  Early a.m. and/or late p.m.  Do not speak when I answer.  Leaves no message on answering machine.  Calls come regularly for weeks, maybe months.

Have been receiving calls for the past few months, most of the time it is meal time.  The number 688-632-7321 is "out of area 1", which is what it shows as the telephone number--with no name of a business or anything.  When I answer, someone hangs up.  The other day my husband answered, and the woman on the other end, said that I had pledged them (some cancer organization) a donation.  I never talked to them.  I would really like to report them, but don't have any more info than "out of area 1"..

These people said they are from a "cancer' organiztion and that I pledged to send them money.  False.  The phone number does not read 688-632-7321, instead it says "out of area 1".  They  have called almost every day, and tonight they called twice between and 5 and 6 p.m.  How can we put a stop to it?
