I have been getting calls from this number. Who are these people?

I have also been receiving calls from this number asking if I wish to re-finance an auto loan. I have also since received calls from 448-537-2835 asking if I applied online for a payday loan. Any ideas how to make these calls stop?

I do not want calls from this number

I get it again just now and it is the same phone number but starts with a +692 2372836...  I am not getting them as much today but still getting the calls nonetheless.

This all started yesterday when a very middle eastern guy was asking me about refinancing my auto loan.. I said no thanks and he just said bye and hung up..  then I started getting these calls..

my iphone says they are either unavailable or from saskatchewan Canada... the 692 prefix I looked it up and its from Ontario... How can I get these to stop??

I also got 4 in the last 4 hours. I stayedd on the line and a man with very broken english was on the line. I asked what it was about and he said something about debt....told him to take my name off the list, he said he can't.

Have been getting one call every hour or so. No answer and then I get a beeping sound... I call it back and it says that the call can't be completed.. wtf?
