My brother has a friend in the Bureau and they are checking into this person. His phone calls get forwarded to them. From what I understand, they are trying to decide how to proceed with stopping his threats and misrepresentation  From what we understand, this could be condisidered a federal crime because of the all of the states that are involved. I hope they stop this guy.

After several calls asking for my husband by name, I told him to remove our name from his list. If he calls again I'm assuming I can turn the number in to someone.

Number called twice.  First time hung up before third ring.  Second time hung up after I answered offering my name.

a man called from this number and asked to speak to the owner by name.  he was told he was not available and when I asked what it was regarding he stated he was a general contractor and subcontracts plumbers and hvac companies.  he asked for the cell phone number and when I said I would be happy to contact John and ask him to return the call he stated somewhat rudely he had others waiting to do his work and would like the cell phone number.  when I told him that as I said I would be happy to contact the owner to return the call but was not allowed to give that number out I was hung up on.  in all the years I have done this sort of work any reputable contractor would leave a name and number for a return call.   so clearly a telemarketer and if they think this company will do any business with them using these tactics they are sorely mistaken.  most company owners don't want to be taking this sort of call while they are on  a job site it will only annoy them.

Got a call from this number ...some guy saying that I met him somewhere and I gave him my number. Told him 'Um, no sorry. I'm married. You must have me mistaken'.  He then told me 'Yeah, you told me that you were married ...So is our date still on for tomorrow night?' ...My reply was 'Um ...no'  Then it just got weird so I hung up.

Do not give out your cell number to this d****bag he is a tool salesman and will not leave me alone.  Made the mistake of buying some of their crap it is very cheap.  Do not answer calls from him he will bug the heck out of you and waste your time.

Caller asked for my husband.  When I asked who it was he claimed he was with John Deere doing a computer software update.  I told him my husband was not available and he said, "Lady, I told you I want to talk to _____!"  My reply was, "Sir, I told you that he was unavailable and if this is a solicitation, please take our number off your calling list!"  His reply, "Lady, are you F%^$ing kidding me? He called me a few more names and hung up.  I called our local dealership and with a little investigation, we were lead to this site.  MAJOR SCAMMER!!!

Quite possibly the most dedicated prank caller I have ever talked to.  Absolutely brillian!  I talked to him for about 7 minutes and he was saying the most random and rather vulgar stuff, but truly hilarious.  If you get a call, don't argue with him just lead him on and see what he says, its pretty funny.

Got a call from this number, said he was with Far West Construction and wanted to speak to the owner about a project we have going on with them.  Very apparent that he was some sort of telemarking idiot.  Google this site while speaking, it saves our precious brain cells.

Do not answer this call! This guy keeps calling me. Wouldnt state his business just lept asking "how you doing". When i told him to stop calling he got very angry. First said he would make it his mission toruin my life.  I told him to f-off. Then he said he was going to assault my wife and kids. Hung up on him. Think i may contact the authorities.

got a call from this guy being a rude di$k so i hung up then he called back trying to rile me.  I just talked as vulger back to him as he was to me and he hung up!

They claimed to be with Bank Construction when they called me ...

This guy has called twice now.  The first time he asked for my husband by his first name.  I ALWAYS screen his calls so he doesn't have to deal with this type of riff-raff.  He immediately asks for his cell number.  I NEVER give that out, when I asked what this was regarding, he said he was a John Deere dealer, we don't run John Deere and then when I asked if I could take a message he hung up on me.  

The second time he called was today.  He used a different name, but was still a John Deere dealer in Minot, ND according to him.  Also immediately wanted his cell number.  About then my husband walked in and so in the guys ear I told my husband who was on the phone and before I could tell him he wasn't getting his cell number he hung up on me again.  When I told him that we don't run John Deere tractors he said that a local JD dealer had ordered some parts for him through them.  What a scam!!!  

Don't know what he really wants but he's annoying!

Man called asking for owner of business by name.  When I responded that he was not available, he tried to get his cell phone number by claiming that he previously had his cell phone number but the cell phone the had it stored in was smashed.  He claimed to be calling from pay phone and urgently needed to speak with the owner.  He was very rude and began yelling at me.  When I refused to give out the cell phone number, he hung up.  I have caller id so I called the number back and it most certainly was not a pay phone, but a Verizon cell phone.

Got a call from him today. Said he was returning my boss' call but his blackberry had died and he was using a pay phone (are there even any of those around anymore?) When I told him my boss was unavailable he said, "I guess we'll just get someone else to do the job". If my boss had asked him to return his call, he would have given him his direct number so I already knew he was shady. I wonder how effective this technique of his is. He wasn't very nice but didn't use any foul language. He just sounds like a idiot.

Received numerous calls from this number, each had a different name when they called.  I asked them to remove me from their call list and to never call me again and hung up.  With in a minute (719) 456-9852 called me and it was the same "sales person", but this time was extremely rude and used profanity while bringing up "what your wife said/did last night" into the conversation.  I hung up again and reported it to the police as harassing phone calls.  Hopefully more people do the same and something will be don to the person(s) involved with these prank phone calls.

This guy is a salesman that tries to sell stuff to contractors. He has my husband's cell and our home number.(don't know how he got them) He calls one and when we see it's him, if we don't answer, he immediately calls the other number. My husband is nicer than I am. He usuallly will talk to the guy and tell him he doesn't want to buy anything. Then he gives a sob story about having to feed his wife and kids. My husband ends up on the phone for 15 minutes. Well tonight I answered the phone and told him "we don't want what you're sellling and take our phone number off your list." He told me to "take off my man pants and get back in the kitchen and let my husband make the decisions."  !!!! Needless to say, his number is now blocked from our phones. What a moron!

I looked back through my caller ID looking for "Cell Phone ND" and two numbers appear every week regularly, same guy or guys:  701-885-3046 & 701-202-9082.  These calls have been frequent for the past few months.  Usually I am at work during the time of day he calls.  The caller asks for my husband by first name (he is currently deployed) in a friendly manner and I say that he is unavailable and that I could help them out, what do they need?  Usually he hangs up on me at this point but today he pushed asking for my husband saying he was not going to hang up until he talked to my husband.  I told him to stop calling our house and he laughed.  I asked to be added to the do not call list and he kept repeating asking to speak to my husband over and over again.  He was pushy and rude, not sure of this approach for trying to sell anything but I ended up reporting both numbers to the FCC.  I hope the phone calls will end.  I recommend others that are harassed to report, as well:  http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

I just got a call from this number.  The man said his name was Lon Banks and has asked for my husband by name.  I asked who he represented.  He said Banks Construction and he was returning a call.  He demanded my husband's cell phone number but I told him that I wouldn't give it out.  I asked for his number and said my husband would call him back.  He hung up.  I could hear the boiler room chatter in the back ground.  He was quite pushy but not nasty.

Said he was Tim from John Deere, wanted my husband and his cell phone.  What a jerk!!!

Called saying he was from Davis Construction and it was an emergency. Wanted the cell phone for business owner. Persistent but I did not give out correct cell phone numbers.

Called asking for the owner.  Said he had an appointment to meet him on Astoria Street in Littleton,  There is no Astoria Street in Littleton.  Asked him for his name and number and he said he was just going to cancel the service call and charge us for cancelling.  My advice to this guy, you were a joke and an obvious solicitor.  You might try to step up your game.  I'm sure your bosses are pleased because you have a better average contact rate than the other g.e.d. (General Educational Development, just in case you're as big an idiot as I think)solicitors. If you're self employed, I hope your desperate way of talking and offending people is not making you a red cent. I'm writing this on the assumption that he is egotistical enough to check out a sight such as this.  FAIL!

Asked for the owner by name saying he was Mark Davis with Davis Construction saying he was getting on an airplane and needed the owner's cell number.  I told him no and he said the owner was expecting his call.  I told him to give me his number and I would have him call him back.  He said he was at the airport about to get on a plane and left his cell phone at the office.  Although the caller id shows this number as a Wireless Phone.  Very rude!

I forward calls to my cell phone when I leave the office.  Received a call from this number about 6:30 PM and he asked for my boss by name, if he was there.  I said "It's 6:30, what do you think?" and he promptly hung up.
