Its a cell phone number out of Kenmare, ND. I live in ND, so you see the area code....
But I never answer, and they have called me at least 15 times in the past 2 days. Either they are scammers or work for a collection agency. Let them call, they just get my voice mail, in Spanish!

Me too. I got the same call, he called himself Charles Brown and offered me the same prize. He told me to give him my Visa or Card number and I could have my $200 gas card just in time for christmas. Like I'm stupid enough to fall for that s***.

Me too.  I live in central Alabama. They've been calling for the last few weeks - driving us nuts.  I finally answered and spoke with a heavily accented man who gave me the same story about a $200 gas card.  He assured me that no purchase is required.  I kind of just went along with him until he told me about the $2 charge to get the cards.  He asked for the expiration date on my VISA.  I told him that I didn't have my wallet on me.  He wasn't really buying it (with good reason - I was lying to him), after several attempts, he asked when he should call back and I could have my card ready...  ha ha... as if I'm going to give this guy any information at all...

Yea, I have been getting calls too and then no one is their. Today they called and I spoke to someone and when he asked me for two dollars,I just hung up and he called right back and I told him I was'nt interested and he just kept asking why I was'nt interested and I told him that I just didn't understand the program and I just was'nt interested and I hung up again and he called back again and I just did'nt answer this is crazy they try to wear you down don't do it it is a scam

Call local law enforcement when you get this call and your cell provider to block the number.  The company will block it for everyone after they research the issue.

Uh they've been calling me for two weeks. IDK who they are, but I live in MO and that's not an area code around. It's getting quite annoying. I'm just a senior in highschool and they called me twoce today, while I was in school! How do I get my number off their list?

ok, they are driving me crazy!  they are calling me too!!

They called me about 10 times or more in the last two days till I finally answered.  They are posing as Oasis Travel, and I spoke to Charles Brown!  I kept playing along to see how wonderful the prize was.  He said his company hands out rewards for using a visa or mastercard.  I happen to only have one card and its a debit and the funny thing is I don't really use it.  So these guys do no research they just do random cold calls hoping to find an idiot.  Anyhow, he offered me a $200 gas reward, all I had to do was give him a valid card number.  Hmm, yeah ok.  I gave him the number from my expired visa gift card last spring.  Boy was he mad!  Oh, and they don't answer right away because it's automated dialing.  So basically they call you and expect you to wait on the line for them to get to you.  LMAO!  And the government wonders why some Americans think we should close the borders.  I really hope no one is stupid enough to fall for this.

i get 6 calls a day and just finish talking to them, they are a company that gives out a $200 gas gift card for being a great customer i have never been with this company. supposively they are trying to get there business out there for a charge of $2.00 you will supposively recieve 2 $200 gift cards and coupons from them this is bull crap to me i work in retail and they told us to be careful because there are people saying that they will give you a gift cards from wal-mart, etc its fraud guys so be careful.They will basically harrase you to get the products

This number had called me about 7 times. When I answer they hang up. One time i just heard breathing and they just hung up. Has to be prank callers... its getting annoying though because I have a newborn and I cant be answering a million stupid calls.

I get 3 to 4 calls a day from this number...
I've answered just to have whoever it is just sit there for a minute and breathe.
